Take a guy who went through puberty and had good development, and have him tell his audience he achieved his looks through "hard work" and they'll eat it up and buy his course. Don't get me wrong, improve the way you look by all means. Get a better body, do skincare etc, but don't expect to go through a heavily drastic change unless you're considerably over/underweight. It's all about just having the proper expectations.

Alright then tell me how I'm supposed to get to 10% with cardio only without dropping calories, my tdee at the time was 1500, I was 58kg, extract 500 calories from 1500, that's only 1k cal a day to lose weight, it's literally 1 meal.
I tried doing stair master 5x a week for 1 hour every week and didn't lose weight, it only went down by dropping calories.
