The best part was that he was trying to make it out as though it wasn't just dogshit measurements or anything, like he actually did have negative body fat.

how do you know he wasnt negative bodyfat%? dude is a genetic freak
Unironically 10% is the lower limit, skin starts to look like papyrus and people are disgusted by dry as frick muscles. There's no reason to ever go single digit unless you're competing.
>been fat for years, gf and I both need to lose weight >lost 25lb last year >finally got DEXA scans in my city >31.6% body fat as of yesterday >need to lose another 50lb to get to 12% (220 to 170 ish)
I'm gonna make it happen this year, boys. Having those numbers and knowing exactly what I need to achieve only motivates me even further.
You're not wrong, as far as general perception. The average people generally don't consider me fat, and I'm not really far from those numbers at 6'0. I even have a friend (powerlifter, to be fair) who insists I'm not fat and should be gaining weight to get stronger and bigger.
However, I have love handles, extra neck, and a belly that I'd like to be rid of. And 31% is just too high for general health, especially considering that I store a lot of fat in the trunk area, which means my visceral fat is too much.
I want to see myself lean. I've always been chubby, so it's well past time. Besides, I don't want to set my goals or self image based on the opinions of normies.
I'm aiming for fifty pounds down by the end of 2023. Preferably sooner. Gonna eat a lot of fish and spend a lot of time jumping rope this year...
I agree. 15% is the real sweet spot for size and definition combined. Plus I remember a study they did and women universally preferred 14-16. I think they preferred fatties over men below 10 too.

I'm 15-16% and I still have a small belly that jiggles when I go down the stairs. I hate it.

Super low bodyfat causes all sorts of problems
maintaining sub 10% body fat feels like shit
how can life start right when its hard to get a boner because your hormones are all fricked up
10-12% seems to be the sweet spot

Go carnivore. That’s the only way to escape skinny fat.
Life is really optimal at 11-12% bf
Mfw 33+% BF
If you don't have a good frame it's over.
these are always the strangest looking guys, like someone took normal faces and altered them slightly to make it uncanny

Unless you're Uber manlet, 220 is a good weight, as long as you lift heavy. 3/4/5 + a huge back and nobody will think of you as fat.

No, it starts at conception.
It only does if you're a manlet.
15% is ideal

There is no point to be lean unless you are roiding
life ends at 4% body fat
How do I get shredded like OP?
