        I've been pretty damn close at 6'4 220lbs (I was 340 lbs at one point so I have loose skin, hence why I dont look as dry and tight as op's pics) and there was no fricking way I could maintain that. Was running 3 miles almost daily, eating super low carb and only like 1500 calories, on my feet at work for ~14 hrs a day. I can't seem to get sub 230 with less than that

          Yeah because that is not a good way to attempt to maintain leanness. That is to little calories, that is to much activity. This is just doing things so wrong that its funny because its so off. You don't know what you are doing. I think this is a troll.

                Because you can't "go up in lifts" and also lose enough bodyfat to get to 10 or even 12.
                As a natty you can only do 1 at a time. You either build muscle and get fat. Or you lose muscle and get lean. If you don't like it. Hop on T and shrink your balls.

                Again you have yet to post body. So nothing you're saying is "recommendable" as you have no results to prove you know what you're talking about
