>lift, calisthenics, muay thai for years, strong and conditioned

How heavy are you sheesh
62kg manlet
Im willing to bet muay thai fricked you up in some way on a bone level - that makes no sense to be 62KG and that level of shin splints / pain.
so why can i kick things and people heavier than me for hours, but cant do a light jog? doesnt make much sense to me
>you need to be a fat powersharter to be able to run
why are you in the thread?
My point is you don't accurately self-report and would rather be delusional so giving advice to you is like trying to give advice to a fatty who insists they eat <1500 cals.
You're a weak dyel and you start the thread off with "I'm strong". Hopeless thread, hopeless case.
your definition of strong is irrelevant to this topic, i'm strong in the sense that i'm relatively strong for my weight and make use of training, especially in comparison to people who run as a hobby or solely run and nothing else for fitness. i'm probably 3 heads shorter than you and could kill you, nobody cares about your shit, frick out of my thread fatass.
>i'm probably 3 heads shorter than you and could kill you
not unless he starts jogging xD
post physique manlet
also imagine being upset about not being able to do the shittiest and most inefficent form of cardio. Swim, do none moronic HIIT style training or barbell complexes.
Kicking is a short intense "sprint" like workout followed by rest. Its not like you are kicking for hours straight no rest whatsoever.
Long distance running is a different wheelhouse then that because it causes wear and tear on your joints - but over time strengthens the underlying bone plate which is why I thought muay thai had something to do with it - perhaps that bone plate is broken some how. Try sprinting and rest for a while instead and see if that causes pain. If that works - just keep sprinting. It's arguably better cardio for your activities too.
Second - don't focus on running as much , do the rowing machine to build your heart up. Why add unnecessary pressure - the goal is a stronger cardio system + stamina , other things can do that just as well. Swim if you can.
i've tried sprinting aswell, different paces of running in general, it all hurts quickly which is why i cant seem to figure out what the problem is even more
See a physio - if this is true , no ISTner can tell you shit about your own body
>quickly
you used the metric of 1km. When does it start hurting? 100 feet? 50? 1500? are you running uphill, downhill? what are your shoes like? your self report here is trash, anon. If you want advice you have to dump out more data, otherwise expect to see more useless advice.
>62 kg
>strong
Ok as I predicted OP is a delusional moron so this thread won't be productive at all
>strong
What's your squat, buddeh?
keep running until it doesn't hurt anymore.
this.
OP isn't getting enough attention in their day to day life so they invent shit to talk about here and waste everyone's time (they aren't interested in changing or taking advice)
next time you want to waste our time, OP, do us a solid and post some cropped porn.
ive tried multiple times and it starts to get bad enough to interfere with all my other stuff very quickly, how easy should i start? less than 1km?
>implying that guy can jog
>how easy should i start? less than 1km?
same way you started with every fricking thing else, anon. shit, are you stupid?
do as much as you can handle and next time try to handle some more. Holy shit.
Yes moron, do couchto5k as a running training plan. Its going to seem extremely easy to you from a cardio POV because you have good cardio from muay thai, but your legs arent conditioned for running
Probably actually deep compartment pain, I think it usually has to be fixed surgically although it's minimally invasive and just involved cutting some stuff.
Do you have hypermobility
>used to run for 4 years
>10-15 km 3-4 times a week
>get bored
>stop
Running is overrated as frick. Smoking cigarettes is much better for your health + more enjoyable and you don't sweat.
Chad behavior
OP is boredposting. Useless thread.
>muay thai for years
>gets shin splints from running
yeah im thinking bullshit
he said he tried every single shoe there is, anon. what's not to believe?
Diffent stresses produce diffent kinds of fractures. If it's the bone has been remodeled under one kind of stress producing fractures it wouldn't always mean it's resistant to other stresses. It could even potentially be weaker. That said there's so many things they call "shin splints" that have nothing to do with the bones it's possibly not even related.
>Muay Thai
Doesn’t that absolutely frick your shin bones and nerves into oblivion so you can kick the living shit out of everything?
We all know that feel. My feet are oriented in a way that I can't jog without extreme shin pain.
Can't use a rowing machine or a stationary bike without banging my knees together.
There are motorcycles I can't ride because of this shit - I can't operate the gear lever/rear brake.
