Honest to God Freudian projection. A big ass is so good for running, jumping and punching power. You're a gay loser gay and all you can think about is getting your butthole fricked.

      >The only thing you can do with a big ass is frick it which is super GAY
the glutes are literally the biggest muscle in the human body and they're highly involved in virtually all full-body motions (aka literally everything you do in the real world besides bench and curls). not to mention that big glutes usually coincide with big legs, core, and back, which make up the vast majority of your total muscle mass. if your ass is small you're a weakling at risk of being raped by those stronger than you

I’ve been lifting for 16 years

The first 10 was suffering lots of back pain forcing myself to do Squats and Deadlifts, but I kept pushing it because “muh squats and deads are 100% required or you might aswell just quit lifting bro”

Now the last 6 years of NOT doing squats and deadlifts I’ve been 100% pain free

      Frick you

first year it hurt and then i decided to deload to absolute noob weights and focused on mobility and form with high reps and the transformation was incredible after only a few months.

you dont love the exercises because you arent doing them right. theres no easy way to learn how to do them and it will take lots of trial and error, but i can honestly say in my lifting career this was the most important decision ive ever made because these lifts are really great and odds are if you frick up on these and cant troubleshoot your way through them then lots of other lifts will pose issues aswell, because your body either is too moronic to move properly or too inflexible
