I work in inside sales. I support the outside salespeople who are supposed to talk to the clients. What actually happens is that I do almost everything, including talking to the clients, but in the end the salesperson makes 100% commission since I am salaried. They make money without even knowing it because I'll do it all for them in the background while they "work from home". Then they get mad at me if I mess up while supporting multiple full time workloads. I see memes about office jobs being easy shit and I cannot relate. I'd say that I'm working at my limit 95% of the time I'm in the office, and everything I do is time sensitive. They keep me there by saying that when they retire I'll get their accounts and make $300k+ as well.
