    Calisthenics is endgame weightlifting. Once you realize that barbell shit does nothing for you in terms of health you switch to Calisthenics

      Flags arent that hard honestly. I learned to do them pretty quickly after a bit of practice, mostly just leverage and core strength. I mostly lift, but supplement calisthenics. But i am past my strength phase and lift for aesthetics and functionality. Truth is you dont have to only pick lifting or calisthenics, but should take the best movements from both schools, and men over 250lbs are obese unless they are 6’5” or taller, anything else is cope

      Some people are natural born weightlifters, literally made for it.
      Some are better at gymnastics.
      Some will run marathons.
      Some can do le calisthenics tricks.

      Calisthenics doesn’t load your body except in abnormal positions. At the very least I would add farmers walks and variations of weighted carries to progressively load your tissues and create real total body strength.
