at your height I used to wear medium then one day I realized they are cut for shorter people and I looked moronic
We need to balance the scales and begin producing people who are 5XS
You have a small ribcage and probably a framelet

Adult men.
I'm 300lbs and wear a 2X
at 6'2" ~165lbs I wear medium shirts and large sweaters/jackets.
At 5' 3" wear 3xl not because I fat but I want to not be constricted
>5' 3"
I’m so sorry bro
At 190cm and 90kg I wear L and XL depending on the brand. L is usually good fit but I do like looser fitting clothes for casual wear.
I'm 6'2 and 250lbs and I only could wear an M tall when I was in the 170s. L tall from 180-200, XL from 200-230, xxl from 230-260.
people with actual shoulders and lats
I'm 6' 240 lbs @ 14% BF and wear a men's large
>240 lbs @ 14% BF
post body
In this pic I was 6'1 240 lbs and the clothes are 3XL. Maybe Amerilard sizes are bigger than where I live.
>manlet (1.80m/5'11)
>surprised he is wearing small and medium
175-185 cm is perfect height.
anything higher or shorter is freakish, either goblin or giant.
aesthetically unpleasing.
Being a lanklet with some muscle is the worst thing for clothes shopping, at least in the usa. I simply do not buy clothes online because i am open to a gargantuan amount of odd cuts/fits.
another ss victim
>With shoulders XXL
>Without shoulders M
>I don't even lift, I even got a healthy gut
Average humans like you all are freaks, plain and simple.
Same problem here, can't buy suits of a rack because anything that fits my shoulders wears like a tarp.
I am 178cm, 90kg and I only wear size L or larger. My clavicles were already wide to begin with. Large fits my shoulder width but not my height, medium is the correct torso height but it's made for framelets so all my shirts hang too low
I'm 196cm and 90kg and normal Euro L shirts fit me around the shoulders but are a bit too short generally.
So it's either XL or the rare 'Long' L shirts.
There're also giant differences in sizing standards. Italian Ls are about our Medium or even a bit smaller for example.
I'm literally 70kg, 5'10 and wear L
Work on your upper back shoulders and chest more, also being 20+bf helps
Men
Also if you actually have muscle i.e at least 40+inch chest and 15+ inch arms wear loose clothing tight is cringe
I wear 2XL usually, sometimes just XL
>6'3 240
>5'11 78 kg
Best fit for me is either M or L. Admittedly wearing an S shirt right now, but the smallest thing that you can wear is not always the right size.
Friggin anti-T-rex build though, my arms need XXL sleeve length and my torso needs M. It's impossible to find a well fitting jacket. XXL gloves too.
