At 190cm and 90kg I wear L and XL depending on the brand. L is usually good fit but I do like looser fitting clothes for casual wear.

I'm 6'2 and 250lbs and I only could wear an M tall when I was in the 170s. L tall from 180-200, XL from 200-230, xxl from 230-260.

      175-185 cm is perfect height.
anything higher or shorter is freakish, either goblin or giant.
      aesthetically unpleasing.

Being a lanklet with some muscle is the worst thing for clothes shopping, at least in the usa. I simply do not buy clothes online because i am open to a gargantuan amount of odd cuts/fits.

Same problem here, can't buy suits of a rack because anything that fits my shoulders wears like a tarp.

I am 178cm, 90kg and I only wear size L or larger. My clavicles were already wide to begin with. Large fits my shoulder width but not my height, medium is the correct torso height but it's made for framelets so all my shirts hang too low

I'm 196cm and 90kg and normal Euro L shirts fit me around the shoulders but are a bit too short generally.
So it's either XL or the rare 'Long' L shirts.
There're also giant differences in sizing standards. Italian Ls are about our Medium or even a bit smaller for example.

Best fit for me is either M or L. Admittedly wearing an S shirt right now, but the smallest thing that you can wear is not always the right size.
Friggin anti-T-rex build though, my arms need XXL sleeve length and my torso needs M. It's impossible to find a well fitting jacket. XXL gloves too.
