        if youre "very lean" that would imply youre not over-eating, you're constantly under-eating in order to remain lean

        you cant be bloated like that

        bloat and sleepiness comes from being in a fat bulking state

        5'9 165 is still small, thats like the stats of guys who dont even lift

          i have a ultra fast metabolism thats why im lean and was skinny. so i have to always shove lots of food in my mouth but i digest slow so it just sits in my stomach and makes me sleep, and then i have trouble eating another meal because my last meal isnt digested. and thus i struggle gainign weight. i was fat briefly for like 6 weeks when i ate a small tub of icecream almost daily but the weight came right off . im naturally skinny man wcyd

          i know i am small but ive come a long way. i was malnutritioned as a kid so my frame is overall very narrow and small. with my shirt off i look pretty decent but i have narrow hips and narrow shoulders. im an american medium, slightly above on shoulder/chest/lat area, but im a size 30 pants

    165lb is really small for adult white man

    If you're 6ft+ and have any sort of decent muscle mass you'd be 200lb

    A guy at my gym is 5'7 and shredded at 160lb, so you're actually really fricking short/small as it is.

    Such is life. What people expect of you changes as you get older. When you were 16 you didn't need a car or a job to get laid either. Not that you need to be a muscle man to get laid but you get the picture older you are the higher the bar to meet basic desirability.

    165 at 5'9 is literally a twink. If you were 125 you were a skellington. I'm 5'10 and when I joined the military at 118lb they put me on forced exXxtra rations every single meal to bulk up because of how underweight it is.

    Dude it's all pointless, lifting, working, self improving, going out with friends, getting women, everything. You will never make it and you will never live the life you thought you would live.
    The younger generations are realizing early how fricked they are compared to the older gens.
    Things weren't like this ten years ago, but they are now and they will only get worse.
