Let's say you can lift 2 plates, it's not like you somehow become "more healthy" if you're now able to lift 4 plates. Having said that, a standard person who regularly works out is way healthier than the standard person who doesn't work out. And you can die tomorrow regardless of do you workout or not, so just do whatever you want to do
