many such cases. you cant show me a single person that started lifting before puberty was over and isn't short unless they started lifting after already gaining all their height

I never entered a gym until 20 and throughout my childhood, I was a morbidly obese 400lbs at 6'5". My dad was 6'4" and my mom was 6'1". If I was lean, it probably would have stunted my growth.
I've been 5'6 skeltal since 13 years of age and started lifting at 20 and gained one inch by 23.
If I'd been morbidly obese I would've been much taller.
Yeah, I think that if height is a pertinent issue for you, your parents should feed you shitloads so you can get fat, but when you stop growing upwards, you should go all out in slimming down.
I will be honest, back in school most of the kids who were taller than average were on the heavy side. I think its mostly because growing your bones and entire organism takes a huge amount of calories. I'm not saying you should overfeed your children but they NEED to eat or they will end up being 5'7 (OR LESS) at 18
>retroactive fake natty
how can one be so insecure?
>lifts from a young age
>6'2 or something

he started lifting at 15 and he didn't gain any height after he started despite being so tall at 15. this just proves my point
He took dbol as a teen
How did they get away with the shit they did and still looked healthy and good?
Survivorship bias? Or milder compounds and dosages compared to what zoomzoom gets on his third week in the gym today?
Baby dosages iirc.
They weren’t stacking 50 compounds on top of SARMs unlike the incredibly insecure zoomer who isn’t satisfied unless he gains 50 lbs on his first cycle and isn’t at Cbum level in his first year
LOL
Being any taller than 6'2 6'3 is a hindrance anyway.
I lifted with some baby weights sometimes between ages 5-10 after watching Dragonball and I'm 6'1"
Lifting doesn't put more strain on your body causing lack of growth than any other sports played as a kid. Accelerating to a full sprint and deaccelerating puts more force on your bones than doing squats.
Height/Fitmaxxing kids:
>running
>climbing
>swimming
not even regularly, just a few times a week, good diet and they'll already be beasts among men by the time they're 16, have them start with light weights by then ONLY to introduce them to the concept of isolations and individually contracting each muscle voluntarily.
proper lifting after 18.
>result: absolute fucking eugenic-enforcing units.
Mike O'Hearn. Started at like 13 & he's 6'3
I fucking hate this manlet piece of junky shit. He’s a huge proponent of free and open drug use.
He actually did a microdose of DMT on that moreplatesdereck moron’s podcast as if that’s normal or acceptable behaviour? He actually took out a makeshift bong from a bottle and did a microdose and had that attitude of “it’s totally fine” and tried to convince Derrick dumb fucking asshole who is also a junky to try it.
Fuck him. The amount of lives he’s ruined and ended due to his YouTube channel must be in the thousands. YouTube should have banned him years ago and he should be shadowbanned from the entire internet for the shit he promotes.
So he relapsed on Kratom? Good fuck him he’s going to be dead in 5 years hopefully sooner
Don't lift till you're a teenager. People getting their 8-12 year olds to lift is child abuse. Put them in sports, they will develop strength from that alone and they'll have a great bade to start frlm when they begin their weight lifting journey

Jeff Seid, who most agree has one of the physiques of all time, started lifting before he was a teenager and he's 6'2"
