    do zercher squats with a cambered bar so the center of gravity is closer to your hips. do a small thrust at the end of each rep.

    also do hip thrusts generally, with low weight high volume. make fierce eye contact with everyone who walks by. grunt loudly.

    it's about progressive overload. if you're new to lifting that means adding weight or reps routinely.
    start small. i see your gf is 140. to avoid injury, i'd start with a new metaphorical barbell.
    75 pounds and up the reps over a couple weeks before going up to 90.
    work your way up to the love of your life.
