      One of the most dangerous lifts out there. Once you’re strong enough to load it heavy you really feel how fricked up it is.

      This probably has to do with body shape more than anything else. Tall, gangly dudes with long arms will absolutely feel cable curls more in their bicep than any other bicep exercise.

      You must go to Planet Fitness or some equally gay gym. My gym has 130lb dumbbells.

        Yea, I have two herniated lumbar discs and didn’t figure out a squat variation I could do without causing back spasms. I’ll be out of leg dyel mode within the year

    front squat is the type of movement you gotta have good mobility and shit to do properly.
    this is why there is a mix of beginners who haven't figured out they can't do it safely, and "veterans" who actually got the mobility and technique.

    Same with ass to grass squats.
