Maybe there should be a fat/drug use limit that people with these issues need to fix the issues before they can get free healthcare but I don't get not having free healthcare.

free healthcare seems to be working pretty well in the 95%+ European European countries anon, there are democrat cities that are beautiful and functional (they happen to be majority euro people) and there are democrat cities that are run down and borderline anarchy (they happen to be majority african people)
maybe its less about the politics and policies of the nation; but rather the nation (the people) itself?
this is not a racist statement; European nations should be wholly European and governed by Europeans exclusively.
maybe a large number and variety of policies work when a nation governs itself and its not governed by foreigners who wish to destroy it.

You can't have socialist programs and open borders.
Healthcare, college, even primary schools, any sort of welfare or housing, infrastructure all are draws for every landless peasant in the world to show up with their hands out. And then overload the system and collapse it. National socialism works, or complete capitalism and zero government investment. International socialism is just suicide and ethnic replacement.
what european countries do have that free healthcare? germany has mandatory healthcare that you have to pay out of your own pocket if you're not employed, monthly, and it ramps up, and you can get collectors after you if you don't pay it
poland only has free healthcare if you're employed (similar to obamacare, where you'd otherwise get a higher paycheck but they have to give you lower wages to offset the employer's duty to pay for worker's healthcare), most countries do either of these two things, free ain't free

2. It centralizes health decisions among bureaucrats who don't care about your health.
3. In today's clownworld you end up paying for trannies to cut of their dicks.
4. In today's clownworld you end up paying for an endless wave of economic migrants who will never benefit you or your country.
5. In really socialist places they actually make it illegal for you to seek private health care.
6. It enables massive amounts of grift by the political elites so they can enrich their cronies and punish their opponents.
