SSRIs have never worked for me or just make me feel worse than i did before. I’ve rawdogged my depression for five years now. I’ve heard test can improve depression and I’ve committed the past four years to get to a point with my body where i feel comfortable taking it. If it doesn’t work, ill probably kill myself

My doctor put me on SSRIs at the age of 11. 24 now I work out, quit weed, I don't drink or smoke, and hsve been sober from all substances for over a year. My mental health has been than has been in years so I thought I could wean myself off my SSRIs. I've been doing so but I also redeveloped my EDNOS thats been laying dormant since high school. I just want to be able to enjoy food without feeling guilt again but I don't wanna up my SSRI dose again.
