    Just eat steak if you want meat only.
    Minced beef is supposed to be used in dishes not as a standalone item.
    Also there are plenty of foods you can eat in addition to meat. Cheese, milk, yoghurts, nuts, berries, cured meats. Lots of good stuff.

      Not op but I mostly eat minced meat because it's the cheapest form of red meat, anything else here costs double the price per kg, also I like making meatballs full of whatever veggies I found for cheap while doing groceries
      Well liver is pretty cheap too but I don't eat that too often

    All meat typically makes me feel sluggish, not like I couldn't do my workouts i'd just go through the motions basically. Avoid processed carbs, and the same goes for meat. Do that and eat however many calories you need and you'll be fine, don't add excess butter/sauces as it becomes very difficult to track.

    I don't eat much red meat besides 8oz of liver every day. I prefer dairy, eggs and fish.
