Front squats and BSS have been very based for my legs. My lower back is completely fricked up from manual labor so my legs were always shitty, finally cracked the code

what grip do you use for front squats? I love them but the only grip I can do them with is Olympic and it kills my wrist and fingers.
I use Olympic and haven’t had a problem. You have to keep your upper back tight end elbows high to keep the weight on your shoulders.
My upper back is pretty strong so I haven’t had any issues
Are you 6’2? Cuz these are identical to my quads that low bar 2pl8 for reps.

Rippetoe says that the best leg exercise is the low bar back squat and hack squats are a waste of time since they don’t work your legs
Hacks feel awkward to me, like it doesn't feel like a natural movement. Idk, maybe it's my body type. I saw Cbum doing a similar style with the smith machine and the upright back doesn't feel comfortable.
I don't own this machine in my home gym so it doesn't exist. No I will not join a public gym that is for peasants.
Hated this machine at first but now i find it to be the most beautiful thing
