Anon how many hours are in a day?

You dumb dribbling piss swisher. If you only eat dinner, presumably for no more than an hour, that's omad or 23 hour fasts. Usually just called 24 hours because convenience. 12 hours is dinner at 8, bed at 12, and up at 8 again for breakfast.

                sleeping hours not count

Sleep hours are counted and you need to keep lifting. If you are concerned about gaining muscle mass you might consider eating a lunch so you have more energy on hand when you start lifting. Fasting is not a panacea and you could try not doing OMAD every day if you are trying to build muscle.

Look just accept you're wrong, because no one in their right mind will understand you're subtracting TWELVE GOD DAMN HOURS for sleep.

If you really went omad and didn't hit your goals you might need to increase exercise intensity and cut down intake more. If all you do is starve, you adapt to burning less at rest. If you do exercise right and just gorge yourself in one meal, you're still overeating. Cut one food from that meal and resume. You're going to make it tardbro

12 hours is not even enough time for fasting to happen.

If you do OMAD you have to eat everything within a 1 hour and the rest of your 24 hours you eat nothing.

Otherwise you should just do a real fast and eat nothing at all until you're down to the weight you want to be. I fasted 40 days and nights, only water and electrolytes, and exercised. Lost 30 lbs.

No offense but how fricking fat were you dude for that to be viable? What did it feel like? Was eating again hard? Did you poop at all? Did you regain any weight after? Is the shit about it erasing scar tissue and improving skin and hair health true? Did it leave behind any loose skin?

Can someone explain why even one literally mildly challenging bodyweight workout gave me noticeable muscle definition the next day? Noob gains? I was sore for two days in a row afterward though

      It's called a pump.

        Anonymous

No, I mean, the day afterward
I woke up the next day and I looked noticably sharper and more angular in the mirror

          Anonymous

I know what you're talking about and I don't know what to call it but a really good pump. I notice it whenever I hit a muscle group hard. That one group is pretty pumped up and more defined for a day or two afterward. It's basically just a regular pump but longer. Probably mostly an inflammatory response from damage and residual flexed muscles that haven't fully relaxed.
