Literally what's the cure for insomnia?
If I exercise in the afternoon, then I literally can't sleep. If I drink coffee in the afternoon to avoid sleeping in the afternoon then I literally can't sleep. Literally what do I do? Insomnia sucks so bad.

Seconal 100mg. Too bad they took it off the market last year. It was the only prescription drug that actually worked.
Where are you from? Do you need a prescription for rivotril in the US?
I literally don't fricking know. What sleep medication can you get that does not require a prescription and a visit to the doctor's? Do you guys know of any natural things like tea or something that induces sleep?
Yeah. Valerian root extract, lemon balm tea. But it varies. Your body begins to create tolerance to it and then it simply doesn't do the trick. Similarly, with benzos you acquire dependency and then you'll literally not be able to sleep ever again without taking them.
Phenibut.
America. Yes. By the way, the drug you asked about, clonazepam, is dogshit compared to seconal.
Who took it out friend? FDA? Do you also have insomnia? What do you do?
The manufacturer discontinued it and then asked the FDA to withdraw it from the market in 2022.
Do you actually have insomnia? A lot of homosexuals I know who claim to have "insomnia" are literally just unemployed and sleep during the day.
Since I was young. Like I have a solid bedtime routine where I go sleep at 10pm and wake up at 5am, but sometimes I get thrown out of this routine and the insomnia hits hard and it sucks. Like I go to bed at 4 in the morning and then just wake up at like 12pm.
That's not insomnia. Insomnia is when you can't sleep. This is literally you not having anything to go to in the morning so you don't care too much to sleep and wake up at decent times.
Do you even have an alarm clock set?
I get in a similar cycle but waking up the same time every day is how you beat it. I give myself an extra half hour on weekends.
Need a nap in the afternoon? Fine. 30 minutes to an hour is a nap. Not 4 hours.
Set a hard time when you have no more caffeine. I have a 1pm alarm set every day to remind me to not to have anymore after 230 so I grab something between 12 and before then if I'm feeling tired.
Stay off your phone/computer at least an hour before bed. Create a ritual. For me, fiber pills at 830 then fish oil & magnesium at 1030. I crash at like 1035 now.
Staying asleep is tough but setting the tv to turn off by 1130 & a good eye mask have helped a lot. I got to figure out when to stop drinking water next but it's difficult to nail down as I'm constantly trying to drink water to get enough.
Good luck and keep at it.
just sleep it off bro
Try to improve sleep hygiene, try to get in bed at the same time everytime, only lay in bed for sleeping, dont use your phone on it, etc, if you are trying to sleep but its taking you more than 10-20 minutes, get up, go to another room, have a glass of water or something, back to bed and try again
Sounds like autism
Doing the bare minimum is autism?
I did all that and I actually was able to fall asleep easily, but then woke up at 3:00 in the morning and couldn't go to sleep again. shit sucks.
Could be some other factor disrupting sleep, did you wake up to pee? Did you get hungry? Was the room too hot?
Nope, none of those things. Just keep waking up and then can't fall asleep again.
Thought it could be the mattress or pillow. slept on the floor with a towel roll under the nape. Didn't help.
What the frick kind of autistic rant is this?
How moronic are you?
I am black so apologize to me because I cannot control the socio-economic factors that made me who I am
Insomnia is my biggest gains goblin
Sleep somewhere that isn't your bed.
Why does this work? Go to bed - > mind gets activated in a bad way and can't sleep - > go to couch > suddenly relaxing and not thinking -> fall asleep
You weren't meant to sleep on a comfortable thing. You were meant to sleep on something less comfortable.
Maybe a rougher sleeping style is like a rougher lifestyle with passive sleep gains?
you got damn fricking moron
It's called actually having a job and shit to do during the day then turning off your phone at night.
Kek, having a job makes it worse because you're so stressed and have no free time to have any distractions. Insomnia started for me with working.
Insomnia is almost always
depression
anxiety
stress
worry
not facing and dealing with your thoughts and emotions during the day
not fixing your problems/life
touch starvation / loneliness
eating to close to bed time
>eating to close to bed time
i refuse to go to sleep if i don't eat 8 eggs 1 min before bed. eat more god damn it
>touch starvation / loneliness
Shit
reroll for better genetics
Stop thinking about it. Get out of bed if you're driving yourself nuts in your head. Practicing breathing techniques to calm yourself down, it's all in your head.
cardio makes me pass the frick out
Past couple months I wake up after an hour's sleep and then can't get back to sleep until like 6am. It's fricking bizarre and awful
a good mattress
