tastes fricking awful
It's not the liver's fault that your cooking is absolute dogshit.
I only own a microwave.
vitamin overdose, you can't eat liver more than twice a week
I'm already livermaxxed at ~1lb/week
because even vomit is tastier than organ meats
No.
T. Vomiter.
if you get it just right beef liver & onions is awesome
protip: don't overcook either. little crunch left in the onions. little pink left in the meat
you can cheat with bacon, but no one wants gross food plus bacon. cook *clap* it *clap* right
Subhumans
For anyone starting with liver. Buy the chicken ones, they are very creamy and tasty.
>cut it up in pieces
>flour that shit
>sprinkle some salt and pepper
>fry it from both sides
>put it away for now
>chop onions
>chop apples
>fry them in the same oil/tallow that you fried your liver
>soften hem a little
>put your liver back on
>mix it all together
>reduce the heat
>fry it at low heat for about 20-30 minutes
You can eat it with boiled potatoes, rice or whatever. It tastes like heaven. Like the best pate you have ever eaten. Except it's in pieces.
You can make dirty rice or a bolognese sauce to add liver to your diet without having to taste it.
Is liver pate kill?
I like liverwurst and liver pate, but do they bad macros compared to liver? I've never had real liver.
They're much fattier, that's all.
Never got a good recipe to cook it right; you know any, OP?
I just ate some, overcooked it though cuz I never cooked liver before

I see a face here on its side like the stone statue from MGS, anyone else or am I autistic?
I don't really like the taste but the cost to protein to nutrient ratio is too good to ignore
