Liver damage

Sup bros, have any of you dealt with liver damage from alcohol consumption? I've been feeling like shit for about 3 weeks. Diarrhea, some weakness, weird heart palpitations. Is it over for me bros, im 34, 6'3" and a 180lbs lanklet? Any advice? I cut out alcohol completely, exercise 3 times a week and have a stress-less lifestyle. Doctors appointment is not for another month (thanks USA)

      Do not listen to him,
increase salt intake, make damn sure to get magnesium and potassium since you've been depleting them.
N-Acetylcysteine to support your poor liver and glutathione levels wouldn't hurt either.

Thank God I'd never want to live in another country. My neighbors are Canadian and left because their Healthcare takes so fricking long.

He's right, though. In Canada we have to wait months to see a doctor for anything.

I’ve lived in 3 foreign countries and it was impossible to get a doctor in all of them. Especially Canada, which they try to suppress since they are so smug about their “free healthcare”

This. The U.S. has the best healthcare in the world because it's the best country in the world. Never forget that.

I have had AFIB from drinking alot of alcohol for a decade. 12 drinks a day. I'm 33, 6' 200lbs and strong. Still work construction but I have weakness and yellow diarrhea 6 times a day, heart palpitations and bad heat exaustion when jts over 80.
I can say for sure that eating pink rock salt in capsules helps, taking 5 types of magnesium 500mg 3 times a day, and body Armour or coconut drinks to get 1,200mg potassium. That helps a bunch, not drinking alcohol for weeks at a times helps alot too.
Make sure to avoid caffine at all costs.

homie you’re slowly dying from self-administered poisoning, you’re body is giving up and you’re only cutting back on drinking?

Its usually not the liver that gets the drinker. Unless you've been in the game drinking heavy for 45 years or more. The liver actually heals itself. It's always the pancreas that gives up, or the heart like the guy with AFIB now. Sometimes you just have a stroke cause your hangover BP is 190/100. Anyway, slow down and take it easy. Count your blessings you arnt in jail too.
