Ramen is the most underrated recovery food I can see why not a lot of people would take to it straight away because of all the salt in it though

I have yet to see someone eat a single meal a day on carbs without feeling hungry again. Carb's don't fuel the human body very well.

for me it's other way around, after 4 scrambled eggs with cheese and yoghurt I feel hungry after 2 hours, with oatmeal I feel full for at least 4-5 hours.

      >esting carbs all day
No sane person does this. Anyone who did an actual research knows that humans need carbs, protein and fats.
Only a schizo moron influenced by "buy muh diet book" israelites choose to eat only 1 or 2 of those.

ok no you're wrong. Have you ever thought its because we're supposed to be eating throughout the day in order to fuel our activity?

I don't listen to fatasses about diet

So you suggest eating constantly, perpetually, never ceasing your hunger throughout the day? I just don't understand you folk. Must be expensive and tiring.

The salt is also good for recovery considering you lose a lot if you actually push yourself when working out

It’s a fishcake. They’re delicious. On the menu it will be called “naruto”. Not an anime ref.

If you know a spot that isn’t skimping on the meat, then it’s a decent meal. Probably looking at roughly 1,000 cal with only 25g of protein tho. At most ramen joints, if you want a proper portion of protein, you have to pay extra for more meat or eggs, further driving up the calorie count as well as the bill, which is already brushing up against $20 per bowl in the West. So, if you make a habit of eating ramen you’ll prob be fat and broke, unless you’re on PEDs.

Compare that to the goat of post-workout indulgences, the McD Triple Chee, at 578 cal with 37gs protein. It’s less than $4. The only catch is, you have to resist ordering other things. If you are about to cave to french fries, just get another cheeb instead.

homie how the frick do you think a bowl of ramen is 1000 calories
name the ingredients and the amounts and calculate that shit right now because you are moronic if you think a ramen is 1000 calories
its 500 at best, i make it regularly and i count my calories

if you make it its obviously a different story, but the amount of oil in that soup is frickin apparent at a restaurant.

        >i make it regularly
First of all, tell me what ingredients YOU use cuz i’ll bet anything your ramen is dog shit. Second, i’m not your google b***h. Go look up your local ramen joint and search if anyone calculated the calories for any of their bowls. Then say to yourself “i’m a gay moron who ought to be more humble”.
