          Cradio is essential in every martial art/combat sport.
          Even heavy category boxers/MMA guys will need a decent level of cardio.

        Fighting "cardio" is a lot different than long slow distance running. It is like soccer - bouts of intense exertion and periods of little exertion. In fighting 'cardio' is mostly built just by practicing fighting and learning to be calm.
