Long term is bodybuilding worth it? This sport requires a big investment of time and money to maintain muscles. People also have other priorities in life, someone can't just spend all their energy going 6 days a week to the gym for hours on end. Biggest things that suck about this sport is that muscles aren't permanent, and you lose them once you stop going to the gym.
he's 6'5
>he's 6'5
I wonder if the morons here realize he's a Tight End and needs a little fluff at his position. He's also in his mid-30s.
You can literally tell who is what position in football by how fat they are.
>once you stop going to the gym
hmmm
yes, yes I see...
intriguing thought experiment here, really rather complex...
What aren't you understanding? You spent all this time going to the gym and money eating a lot of food to get IST. Once you stop all that effort is gone forever.
Its a hobby, if you have to force yourself to do it then yeah it isn't worth it. Time enjoyed isn't time wasted and I'd say it extends to money as well.
>once you stop
ahhh, yes, yes, there it is again, yes!
what a delightfully odd little bit, that part there...
hmmmmmmm...
very much a head scratcher, I must say, indeed...
You guys are delusional. Eventually you're going to get burnt out from bodybuilding.
>burnt out from bodybuilding
I don't think so anon.
Some people have this thing called drive, it's what makes you jealous of them weak homosexual
I know a 78 year old that keeps lifting cause he's the only one of his workout bros left. He lifts for them.
Why eat and breathe? I mean, once you stop, all your effort is gone....
>You guys are delusional. Eventually you're going to get burnt out from bodybuilding
Just 30 minutes ago I was working in with a former pro bodybuilder. He was in his late 60s and still looks incredible. Mogged everyone else in the gym.
It's not powershitting where you will have to stop sooner or later because your joints wear out and your bodyfat reaches inhuman amounts. Bodybuilding is pretty healthy when you do it as a hobby.
>Once you stop all that effort is gone forever.
Stop? At no point when I signed up for the gym did I ever once consider stopping. What's the point of starting something if you're going to stop? Once you train you train forever. And I mean, forever.
>Long term is bodybuilding worth it?
no, its literally the dumbest hobby anybody can get into. If you want to get fit then fine but anymore than that isn't worth it.
>is bodybuilding worth if
Yes, if you're commited to fitness and gains its compounding returns and completely worth it.
> This sport requires a big investment of time and money to maintain muscles.
It requires no more money than going to the pub with your homosexual friends every weekend. You can build an insane physique on little money with the right mindset and allocation of macros.
>People also have other priorities in life, someone can't just spend all their energy going 6 days a week to the gym for hours on end.
Good. Stay out of my gym and do whatever it is that makes you happy. The less of you there the better.
>its compounding returns and completely worth it.
which are what? Getting mires form other dudes?
Yeah the mires are whatever. Personally, I enjoy getting balls deep in 20 year old dicky at the ripe age of 39. I will continue this well into more my 60s and gym will allow this to be possible.
As I said earlier, the less of you gays in my gym the better.
You couldn't be more faker. A 20-year-old will only sleep with you if you can take care of her financially. She doesn't care about your muscles homosexual lol.
Seethe harder gay. I make plenty of coin and have a better physique than 99% of you zoom zooms. 20 year olds want shitty designer bags and a lunch. Give them that and you're good to hit it if you take care of your physique.
>t. 3x sugar babies on rotation.
They don't care about your physique homosexual. You even admitted they sleep with you because they want you to buy them bags and lunch. Get over yourself.
There's no need to be upset anon. When you're 40 you can play the zoomers too. Just wait your turn alright.
Based. You're not there to talk to them about geopolitics. Give her a couple of long islands and that'll keep her quiet while you enjoy lunch.
You don't even know what the conversation is about. He was trying to say that reason why a 20-year-old would sleep with you is because of your physique but it's really because of financial gain.
>seething zoomer getting dunked on by a 40 year old boomer chad with bags and lunches
You love to see it.
Jesus Christ you are one dumb motherfricker. I don't care that boomers are fricking 20-year-olds. A 20-year-old will have sex with a boomer because of money not because you look like a bodybuilder. That was the conversation we had, learn to read dumb homosexual.
>I enjoy getting balls deep in 20 year old dicky at the ripe age of 39
20 year old zoomers are fricking annoying. I am 40 and about 25-27 would be the youngest id go,
>20 year old zoomers are fricking annoying
You aren't with them for the conversation
>bodybuilding
>sport
pick one
anon I know you're miserable, but please try it for a month. You might come to enjoy it. If you're ashamed of your body, go early in the morning or late at night. People in the gym are nice, they wont make fun of you.
this could be you OP, you could lose weight just like him
straightgays are so pathetic lmao
>takes another man's rod up his hole designed for literal shit
>lmao you straight guys are pathetic
You see the issue here anon? Go be a gay somewhere else, we're discussing young dicky here.
Why do women give you that little smile/smirk whenever you make eye contact with them?
That doesn't mean she wants to have sex with you. A lot of you incels need to socialize with other people first.
Answer the question then, moron
She is just looking nice to other people; women care deeply how they're perceived by others. Like she doesn't want people to think she is angry or sad and that her life is great.
Don't treat it as a sport but as a hobby or a habit. You train so you stay in shape. If you don't want that then stop training and do something else that you find worthy of your time. You don't need to go to the gym every day. I spend 2 hours at the gym 3 times a week so I still have a shit ton of time left to work and live life.
You have to love it. People who stick with it even when they are busy- ie the rock, mark Wahlberg, etc.- they’re getting more out of it than just how they’re body looks. For me it makes everything else better. If it was just about appearance for women I don’t think I could keep doing, at least not after I already got a girlfriend
>long term thing worth it
You’ll never know if you don’t try.
>time and money
A relatively low amount of money, get off IST or social media if you’re concerned about time
>other people
Ok
>all their energy for hours
1 hr 3x per week
>muscles aren’t permanent
Source? As long as you aren’t bedridden or full sit 24/7 you will retain significant improvement and bounce back quick if you pick up again.
This is a perspective problem
