You need to keep your mind active. If you keep using your brain it won't rot away, at least not as quickly. Some old people are content with sitting in a room looking at a wall because they refuse to use their brain to do things. Eventually this catches up with them and they don't know how to use their brain anymore.
I've met 70 year olds that were very sharp. The difference between them and the others is that the sharp ones were scientists (chemists and mathematicians). They kept using their minds to try to solve difficult puzzles.
What's the chance that these 120 year olds are like that?

It's hard to get your mind active with age, less brain cells means you've to work out more with the result of forgetting quickly everything done in the last few hours and its exhausting for the elderly. There is no rule to degeneracy and how quickly the brain rot even with some workout. Life isn't black and white anon, and morons saying you need to emulate them by smoking and drinking to get over 100 are moronic Black folk with a lack of nuances.

Mme Jeanne Calment,(21 February 1875 – 4 August 1997) is listed as the world's oldest human whose birth date could be certified, died at age 122.
She had begun smoking as a young woman. At 117 she quit smoking (by that age she was just smoking two or three cigarettes per day because she was blind and was too proud to ask often for someone to light her cigarettes for her). But she resumed smoking when she was 118 because, as she said, not smoking made her miserable and she was too old to be made miserable. She also said to her doctor: "Once you've lived as long as me, only then can you tell me not to smoke.

I have smoked since I was 13. Most of those years I have smoked 2 packs a day.
Heart calcification consistent with anyone in my age group years old.
I am in a special Long cancer screening group for my insurance company that gives me a full lung cancer/ heart screening until I am age 88.
I got 44 Blood tests, MRI and cat Scans. The problem is there are no nerves in your lungs, so by the time people feel pain, they are at stage 4 lung cancer.
I was told that even if the non existent nodules in my lungs turned to stage one cancer, I would have at least 10 years IF they couldn't cure it.

However wormwood and ip6 with insitol looks to be able to cure any non stage 4 long cancer and can be used as a prophylatic.

Again, when you have populations that live longer, the likehood of them getting cancer increases, also diagnosing cancer early has become easier due to technology. People aren’t dying of infections or starvation any more, now they’re living long enough to die from cancer/dimentia. Of course you wouldn’t see as high of a cancer rate in the past, not to mention that we only started recording about 80 years ago.

Aging has mostly to do with genetic damage accumulated by way of the dirty process of the metabolism. It's why women and eunuchs live longer than men. They run slower and cooler. Obviously being smaller helps too. If you're smaller you eat less, and if you eat less you burn less. Tortoises live about 2x longer than humans. The human heartrate is 60-100bpm, while the turtle's is 10-20bpm.

It's got nothing to do with some special diet, or hitting the gym. Actually being athletic, while making you more fit and agile for a time, probably will put you into an earlier grave. You're putting wear and tear on the body, you're raising your heartrate, but worst of all you're eating more.

She could go to the restroom/cook/bathe alone even shortly before her death.
Men nowadays are taught to rely on rheir wives for basic life chores. They forget to think. The whole "my wife finds stuff in a magical way" is not funny. It shows just how lazy a man's brain has become , it can't even REGISTER the presence of an object right ib front of their eyes. Why? Because their brain goes "my wife will do it for me"

"My wife will plan it for me"

"My wife will worry over it for me"

People who aren’t married die earlier. This is common sense to anyone that’s thought about it for more than 5 minutes. If you are married and have a fall, heart attack, stroke, ect, your spouse will call 911 and save your life. If you’re single and in your 70s/80s there’s a good chance you might not be able to reach the phone in time in such situations, or you’ll just be too fricked up or confused to do anything to save yourself.
People have no fricking perspective about aging and all the problems that it can cause. Not having a spouse as a senior is almost suicidal.

Why do so many of them eat sweets? All of the longest lived people have one thing in common:
They avoid stress and they are highly resistant to stress. They don't just have a dietary routine. Their whole lifestyle is a nice pleasant routine. If they run out of time to do something, no worries, it's tea time now or time for a smoke. It can be done tomorrow. This means they never rush and always make time for rest and relaxation. They maintain the same steady pace their entire lives, so at the end of their lives, they haven't entirely spent their youthful energy.
