looking to add a piece of cardio equipment to my home gym, preferably without running without electricity. Has anyone used a vertical climber? is it a meme? what are my other options behind a stationary bike and a row machine?

          Running, cycling, ladder, stair machine, rowing, swimming, etc etc. Skipping rope is not cardio because it doesn't really work the cardiovascular system in the same way, unless you're doing it wrong and literally jumping in the air. Once you learn how to skip rope properly and your calves are used to it it's only barely more intense exercise than just standing there.

    I climb Comms towers for a living and climbing them can be exhausting at time. It's fun cardio because it's great to get to the top and see the views etc. Not sure that machine would have the same effect
