how do I get rid of loose skin?
I weighted as much as 200lbs, I'm at 120lbs now.
I'm 6ft.
I have tons of loose skin, I can't see my abs, you'd think I was on my 600lb life and lost 400lbs.
Is there anything I can do to fix it without surgery?
I'm open to anything, I just don't want this loose skin ruining my looks, it's everywhere: my face, neck, chest, back, tummy, legs...
I thought losing weight would fix it but I don't think I can get lower than 120lbs... just to see guys who are 170lbs with almost no loose skin.
It doesn't help I'm also a chinlet and jawlet with 0 forward growth

you could try gaining muscle. I'm 6 feet 165lbs with very little fat. If you gained 45 pounds of muscle you'd probably fill the skin much better.
>If you gained 45 pounds of muscle you'd probably fill the skin much better
I'll just get fatter.
This, nothing fills in the damage. Also, the body does not “eat” itself to repair the problem. You either cope with shape ware or go under the knife/hgh/stemcells. The only exception is if you do it as a teenager and still have the right hormones and youth to do so. 21/22 seems to be the cutoff on those.
Build muscle, 120lb at 6ft is way underweight.
And don’t get discouraged, YGMI!
>I weighted as much as 200lbs, I'm at 120lbs now.
>I'm 6ft.
Why would you do that?
Why not cut to 180lbs and recomp for 3 years and then cut to 155 and maintain.
155lbs at 6ft is still twink.
It is a woman (male)
Fasting
i think at this point surgery might be a better option if OP is the image or like the image. Fasting can help, but damn that would be 3-5 years of cycling autophagic fasts at a low body fat percentage, and you still might not fully recover.

I'm already thin, would that work?
Gain muscle and fasting. But only so much it will do.
Thank God I'm a guy. At 6ft, being 200 and losing weight wouldn't cause ay loose skin.
You may also just have shit genes.
OP here, I am a guy.
>Is there anything I can do to fix it without surgery
no.
Ive heard fasting / carnivore could help
anything to share?
fasting remove loose skin. But it takes long time that makes reducing your body fat % like walk in the park. At this point fasting isn't a therapy, but a lifetime lifestyle.
>tldr, you only start getting rid of excess loose skin after you reach low bf.
Most loose skin like OP pic is due from excessive workout, or medication without fixing their eating habit.
Once you get slim, what you eat is more important than workout you do. Fix your eating habit.
>tldr, you only start getting rid of excess loose skin after you reach low bf
I'm already at 120lbs
How low should I go to see results?
>Shower & scrub with pumice stone.
>Moisturize post shower
>Take on a PSMF(protein sparing modified fast) for as long as you can.
This. Your body's autophagy proces can digest ANY part of you for more energy. It will prioritize old & degraded proteins first. But you have to be in a deep prolonged fasting state for it to kick in. It's possible to minimize lean mass loss by basically adopting a protein only diet where you comsume your daily allotment of protein + 10-20 extra grams, and thats it. Regardless of calories. Usually comes out to about 800kcals a day. You will feel like garbage but your body WILL eat that fricking skin.
Autophagy is mom scientology.

Only surgery depending on your levels.
