Loose Skin advise?

I have been on my journey this past year and have gone from 370 to 315. Any advice for how to deal with the lose skin from going from whale sized to normal sized? I have been told lotion, or bulking up as muscles might help use that skin.

I know I will probably have to live with stretch marks, but I wanted to know if there are things I can do as I go down in weight.

    Surgery. I went from 550lbs to 170 at my lowest and I think I had 25 lbs of extra skin. Once you're past the 300 lb mark there's no going back. Accept the sins like I have or pay it away

      I'm Australian, but I just can't believe the weights people say. Like I keep thinking Google is getting the conversion wrong. I was 110 kg at my worst, 6'1 and still felt fat as shit. Now I'm 90kg and still have flab to go. Yet people were casually well over twice my weight. How do you even eat that much food in a day.

      Good on you man. But Its just crazy how big people can get.

        I use to eat snacks and take away all day while being sedentary and still "only" got to 118kg. America is just different

        When I was at my fattest this was my day
        Breakie: 3 packets of frozen pancakes of three pancakes in each packet and a frick ton of syrup, with at least 360ml of orange juice
        Lunch: two massive sandwiches of PBnJ with two granola bars, two cheese sticks and two packets of pop tarts (this was 2-3k calories alone)
        Dinner: I ate a lot of meat and rice because I was into anime at the time, so like a pound of chicken/beef and easily a pound of rice. 2-3k calories
        Snacks past 6 pm could be anything I had. More pop tarts, frozen pretzels and cheese, salsa sun chips and pepperoni rolls were always a favorite.
        This is also with drinking soda throughout the day.

        75% of the excess calories are from sugary drinks. Amerifats can consume 2 or more liters of soda per day.

        Im from NZ, but lived in the US for 2 years. You have no idea just how cheap shit proceeded food is in the States compared to NZ and Aus, and their unproceeded food is still low quality, for example grassfeed meat not being standard.

    do rolling fasts and slow weight loss
    supplement 6 grams of glycine and 6 grams of taurine every day
    get enough vitamin c
    eat metric shit tons of fatty beef and pork

    there are some other minor things but this is really the main advice

    use regular pig fat from store.
    same as for leather boots same for your own skin. Pregnant women have been using it since the dawn of time to help with OPs pic (which is exactly the type of strech mark you get after pregnancy).
    That being said, with you being 370 you deserve it. I dont even know if such purposefull damage to your won body can be repaired.

    Depends ultimately on your genetics, age, how long you were that big and how long you take the remove it.

    I was over 350 by the time I was 20, and plateaued around 390lbs at 27. I lost it all and cut down to 187 by age 33 and looked like a bag of skin.

    I currently hover around 230lbs at 40yo, and the skin is still there. But I also cut too hard, too fast, and had some staggering undiagnosed hormone issues that could have potentially alleviated some of the fallout. Either way, I'm still saving up for surgery since it's elective and insurance will not cover it.

    I have stretch marks too because I used to be super skinny but now I'm jacked. It's a sign of progress anon.

    Dunno about loose skin but there's some shit you can buy at the store that pregnant women use for stretch marks. I forget who sells it, palmer something, and that will help with the stretch marks.

    Take collagen, glycine and taurine supplements and wait for a few years. If you're young, it'll slowly go away on its own. If it doesn't, get surgery.
