If you drink on an empty stomach (fasting) you will get fricked up faster on less alcohol. It might give you brain damage from low blood sugar, but it's a free country.

Stick to your diet. Why do you need to be told this? I slammed 4 tallboys on friday night and still dropped a half inch off my waistline on monday's measurement because I adhered to my diet.

Idk my bodyfat but I'm sure that I'm not at a good %. I was 66 - 65 kg most of the time then suddenly I'm 70kg without working out and have a gross belly. Frick that.

I got from 76kg to 69kg drinking almost every weekend. Not something I'd recommend, but doable. Just don't make a habit out of it, don't binge and you'll be fine.

if you are a social person its never a good idea to get uppity around alcohol. just (secretly) limit youır intake, its OK, you can burn it later
