Used to hit the gym 6x a week. Got busy with work and switched to 3 days a week, but lost all my gains. Didn’t help that I started doing more cardio.

    Didn’t even realize how far I’d fallen until I started looking back. I was at my best in spring 2022, then stopped taking creatine/vitamins, logging food, following a routine, etc.

    I could bench 225 for 13 once. Today I could only hit it for 3

    I'm going to fricking kill myself when I finally get lean bros.... I doubt he actually did lose gains and the 1st was frauded out and the 2nd is unflexed, but if this happens to me I'd end up to self obsessed. I wasn't meant to be <15%, but I have to see it once.
