Love handles

I don't know why they're called love handles, but what's the best easy workout that gets rid of them? Mine aren't bad, but it's stubborn fat that won't really go away no matter how many situps I do. Can any of you help?

      I already eat less and stopped consumption things like bread, tortillas etc. I'm slimming down fast, but I only look good on the side the front I still look some what chubby.

        nta but they're brutal on the lower back, especially the lower vertebrae. they frick you up if you keep doing them, situps are literally harmful anti-exercise bullshit don't fricking do those. there's no reason to do situps for abs anyway since your hip flexors take a bunch of that strain and you can do hanging leg lifts to train those separately. nobody should ever do situps, crunches for the abs with the lower back remaining firmly on the ground (or that curved mat if you want more gains from the disadvantaged position) or do hanging leg lifts and bring your knees up to your chest with your abs.

    they're called love handles because it's what you grip while "making love" which is what it was called when they coined the term. Today they'd be called frick handles.

    Fork-put-downs until failure. You can only fast them away.
    Also, do lifts that helps you build wideness as that will hide them a bit.
