I wonder how common it is for people with poor diets/sedentary lifestyles to get seizures simply due to their low mitochondria count in their brain.

Where can I buy mitochondria supplements?
You buy a Red light therapy device. And go in the sun.
This. I don't understand how it's still not mainstream, especially when it's proven to fight covid as it helps mitochondria.
It took normies 2 years to catch up on nattokinease, so 2 more years for infra red?
improving fitness, fasting, keto, and calorie restriction will do it all for you
zone 2 cardio
Does this affect mitochondria in the brain or just the muscles that are used though?
Lutein with whole milk, creatine HCL, vitamin D3, and MCT oil each morning. Up your intake of garlic and omega 3s and do some endurance work every day. Your brain mitochondrial density will skyrocket
is eggs a good source of lutein?
Not really. You get benefits from having around 5mg in the morning. Eggs only have 0.1mg per egg. Unless you Gastonmaxx its not happening. You'd be better off adding 1.5 cups of corn, 2 cups of romaine, 3/4 cup of cooked spinach, or 1/2 cup of cooked kale to your breakfast instead if you wanted to get it from food. Supplementing it is way easier
Thanks man youre a real one, i saw you post elsewhere and copypasta this. really appreciate it man
any other tips for getting over anxiety? trying to fix insulin resistance and get in good shape, hormone booost, screenbreaks for frontal lobe gainzz. anything else?
Copypasta again Haha
>anxiety
In my experience anxiety is usually driven by thoughts and feelings much more than chemical factors. I'd recommend starting with picrel to get a grasp of your feelings and thoughts. If you let them run wild all the time you'll never have the introspection you need to fix anything. The biggest issue facing most people with anxiety and depression is that they aren't connected to their subcutaneous thoughts and they're not in tune with how they really feel. After that, taking those skills and turning them towards meditation will let you start dissecting what's wrong and where those feelings and thoughts are originating so you can start to work on reversing the damage. If you're one of the rare types who actually has a chemical issue, then regulated medication is way better than any supplement could hope to be
>insulin resistance
Quickest fix is losing body fat if you're obese, high volume weight lifting, and lowering carbs. For fat loss usually its as simple as a calorie deficit and some cardio. High volume weight lifting refers to like 5x10-15 type of lifting. As a bonus it'll make you huge as well as helping your insulin resistance. For lowering carbs you don't have to do keto or anything like that but limiting them to 100-150g per day is really helpful for anyone with blood sugar hormone issues
>hormone booost
Good quality sleep, eat enough dietary fat, lots of micros, get at least a hour of sunlight each day, lift weights, unwind whenever you have some free time to relieve stress, and have a cheat meal every month or so
>screenbreaks for frontal lobe gainzz
Great idea. Also limit or cut off porn, do regular cardio, and do some reading or other cerebral activities that require memory, strategy, and visualization like chess a few times per week. You'll grow your frontal lobe well
>also
You don't have to do everything all at once. It's easy to get overwhelmed and quit because you end up drained. Focus on 2 or 3 things at a time
Forgot picrel
NTA but thank u anon
>In my experience anxiety is usually driven by thoughts and feelings much more than chemical factors.
This is largely an individual thing.
People aren't supposed to have chronic anxiety though. Chronic anxiety indicates a health problem while acute anxiety is more indicative of psychological stressors
I had chronic anxiety for decades which went away when I strictly cut out seed oils and pufas.
Coenzyme Q10 is a common therapy for people with mitochondrial disorders. Also L-Carnitine, creatine, and B-vitamins.
Goybean oil is the culprit
This is actually 100% real and people dont talk about it enough
what about somewhat fit 30-40 year olds who have some insulin resistance maybe but arent in horrible shape? they could also have low levels of mitochondrial amounts
Because it addresses the root cause and would solve chronic disease, which is bad business
you utter retards think being out of shape and having mild insulin resistance causes seizures? holy kek
How do I increase mitochondria in the brain?
Methylene blue
>Methylene blue
Is this getting meme'd because of the chubbyemu video or did I miss something?
mitochondria,the powerhouse of the cell*
