You could bend your knees and lift your feet up slightly. I know it's hard to think straight with your brain so much further away from your heart which causes problems with blood supply for you lanky guys. What's the verdict on a slow controlled negative after every chinup set? Lats are definitely the limiting factor for me by far so does it really help?
