                You could bend your knees and lift your feet up slightly. I know it's hard to think straight with your brain so much further away from your heart which causes problems with blood supply for you lanky guys.     how long can you dead hang for? my PR is 80 seconds [cope]but i always do it at the end of a workout so maybe I'd do more if i did it at the beginning [/cope]
