I know such men. In a roundabout way they'll just say that being a true man IS being unstable and miserable wagecuck and consoomer.
This is why you can't argue about masculinity with men whose entire lives consist of instability, casual sex, consumerism and antisocial behavior.
No amount of lifting makes up for that, and they know it.
Their lifestyle is completely antithetical to everything that makes a man 'great' in the sense how history remembers great men, by their virtue of being a pillair of their community mostly.

Virtuous men leave behind stable lives and foundations for their offspring. homosexuals in this thread whose entire masculine identity consists of lifting will leave behind abortions, a divorce and maybe one or two estranged whiggers to show for it, all the while being miserable every step troughout and coping by trying to convince themselves and others that this "is what defines masculinity".

Logically a 10/10 gf is the goal ofc. We'll they are gonna date someone and probably marry even if severely mentally deficient. So, as a man, is it better to for some reason keep fricking different women or to bang a better one and not pointlessly go through the effort of finding new women risking hepatitis and chlamydia?

Women are stupid so the opposite of this logical deduction is what women do. So yes banging a bunch of random dudes who are all equally attractive and hung should be their main goal, which falls in line with exactly what a gay guy would do.

I dont give a flying frick what is masculine or not. I want to look ripped and id rather stay on a diet for the rest of my life before i ever get flabby and ugly again. I am so sick and tired of normies trying to convince me that i should stoop down to their level just so they can feel better about themselves. This shit happens to me even irl. So its okay to be fat, ugly, weak and moronic? Good for you, but id rather feel and look my best.

    >masculinity isn't defined by physique
Yes. There are fat dudes that are more masculine or manly than a skinnier or more fit guy. However, as a general rule being more fit will make you more masculine. Whether it is higher test, appearance of competence from being jacked, having a proven record on your body that you can commit to a workout for years etc.
A sixpack, veiny arms etc. are not exclusive to being fit, but any man can see an out of shape blob and judge him as a weakling. Our minds will always associate flab with weakness because subconsciously we are still hunter-gatherers. These people look like a liability and therefore will be respected less.
Keep the body positivity for cripples and those cursed with unfair levels of uglyness. If you're a man, you should train and be in shape for the sake of your own happyness.

the only time a fat dude is seen as masculine is when the dude is over 6 feet and absolutely dominates everyone else in the room size wise.
the same dominating fat dude will become the butt of the joke in a room full of fit football players of the same size.
      so muscles always trump fat.

I don’t get why people need to SAY shit like this. If it’s true, you don’t need to say it. If you say it, it makes it look like you are coping. From someone who does not really care if other guys want to work out or not it has absolutely made a huge difference in the way people treat me. Being tall and very muscular as a man is like being young and beautiful as a woman. It really is an equalizer. Even if a woman is a billionaire she can’t help but be jealous of a perfect bodied beautiful young woman and being jacked and tall is the closest thing to a male equivalent

    >there is no need to change yourself to fit societies expectations
Except societies expectations, near demands, these days are that you be fat and weak and proud of that.
Why does no one mention this? Getting healthy, looking better than 99% of people and being lean in a time and society where people (seemingly just to cope) spread this narrative that it is okay not to try and to remain weak whilst shaming improvement, is in definition going against the grain.

Furthermore, my nigguhs, if this homosexual actually believed what he posted and wasn’t just coping via Instagram likes and comments from fatties to validate his lazy choices, he wouldn’t have a stache he wouldn’t have those tattoos (look closely they’re BPD thot tier) he wouldn’t be rocking that zoomer skinfade haircut. These are all things he’s done to make himself look more masculine very much in the same fashion as a FTM troony or a butch dike would do to attempt to emulate what they think looks masculine just to end up looking try hard. He clearly gives a shit. He is just lazy. His whole post which OP has shared for some gay reason is just insecurity and copes, very unmasculine that he can’t just do whatever the frick he wants and has to make a post aimed at gaining validation from strangers online disguised as some body positivity helpful inspiring bullshit.

Tell me I’m wrong and explain. Pro tip: you can’t because this is 100% accurate.

Oh and I just noticed his nose and ear piercings. This absolute homosexual is desperate for attention. He knows his audience I’ll give him that. But he likely could have still had their support just eating normal and lifting and being a bit active to stay lean. Even if he had peak David Laid’s physique he likely would have the same if not more success on Instagram still putting on his Alt-lite perosna with his homosexual numerology and outline tattoos and homosexual piercings.

It literally shows that you have zero self control, unless you need to get fat for strongman or powerlifting, yes, that shows you are less masculine.
