    The first thing important to fitness is doing the exercise/training for what you want(running for conditioning, agility for sports, lifting to train aesthetic/bodybuilding/powershitting). The second most important thing to fitness is having money to support a good diet, access to good tools, and training aids (classes, non-thot youtube videos, actual personal trainer if you are completely new or actual high end athlete).
    Third most important is to have a partner, especially if you can’t afford a pt. You need someone to push you and help you do heavier lifts.             Yes, it happens in every single clinical trial. There is a subset of the population that believe so deeply what the man or woman in the lab coat says they respond accordingly to a sugar pill. This happens with negative side effects too.     After I stop jerking off, I tend to feel more motivated to go to the gym to the point I’ll get actually really bothered/angry if I can’t go, peaking about the sixth or seventh day, then after that the motivation tends to wane back down.
    On the other hand, if I jerk off everyday, I tend to get more depressed.
    So now I jerk off only once every week and a half. I’ve found that if I do that, then I am able to avoid the post-nut depression, while also maintaining that sense of constant growing motivation/being bothered.
