Besides the potatoes, buy some carrots, onion, garlic, cheese, butter and some meat too. Any meat, can even be minced mixed stuff. Also buy some tomato paste, some oregano and some basil. Maybe some thyme.
Dice them all except the cheese.
Mix them with whatever spices you want.
    Add some butter on top.
Chuck them in the oven and let them cook.
When they're cooked, add the cheese, mix it well and put them back in.
Make some tomato, oregano and basil sauce. Add whatever other spices you feel like adding.
Take the food out the oven.
Cut a slice, put it on the plate, pour some sauce on it and enjoy.

It's a very filling food for cold weather.

Lean turkey mince with ginger and chilli's and whatever sauce you want teriyaki I do but I see you already have a meal with that served on top of rice with steamed green beans. And two eggs on top I'll eat that most nights.

Do you seriously not know how to grill a bunch of chicken chillis fajita style? Then add cheese, sour cream, salsa, your preferred vegetables (I only like onions) and put it in a burrito wrap (I use the low carb one)?

No I do except that fajitas always seem to give me the squirts. Your post did give me a good idea to maybe start making breakfast burritos. Too bad 3/4 videos on YouTube is some brown/Black person or homosexual trying to forcefeed me their beyond-goyslop monstrosities

500g Turkey mince with taco seasoning (1020 calories)
    210g refried beans (193 calories)
42g Greek yogurt calories (30 calories)
    Hot sauce
One cup brown rice (218 calories)
That about it. You can add vegetables as well. Basically just a taco bowl

Not sure if this counts or not but I just found an easy mode one today.
    >get a big bag of ceaser salad mix
    >get rotisserie chicken & shred it up.
    >mix together for a tasty salad with lots of lean protein
    >use some greek yogurt and pepper to expand that ceaser dressing.
Now, only eat half that motherfricker
    >use leftovers and make a wrap with a tortilla
    >add more of that chicken.
    Still have leftover chicken?
    >toss on a skillet
    >use your own taco seasoning
    >add can of tomatoes
    >add some cooked rice and turmeric to get that color right
    Still got leftovers?
    >use tortilla to make another wrap out of that
Like 20 minutes of work and you got 4 different meals ready to go. I use sealed glass containers to keep it fresher longer.

I find that potatoes are best mashed since any other cooking method makes leftovers almost inedible. I like to do country bowls with mashed potatoes since it's real easy

    >chicken
    >mashed potatoes
    >vegetables (I like corn and peppers)
    >cheese
    >gravy (optional)

I just fry a few pounds of ground beef, then remove it all from the pan and sautee onions in the leftover grease. add the onions into the beef with some sauce like garlic mayo (optional) and cheese. super easy and tasty, takes no longer than 10 minutes.

    Hello it's me OP
After digging through some recipes I have settled on adding a few to my rotation:

    - Breakfast Burritos
    - Shepherd's Pie
    - Pasta Al Tonno
    - Chicken Piccata
    - Steak and Potatoes
    - Chili

Hopefully with 8-10 recipes I can keep things out of rotation long enough that I don't get tired of it cause I swear I'm going to lose it if I got another week eating broccoli
