      Highest vitamin c foods are raw dandelion greens and roots and red small sweet bell peppers.

      I base my diet around this because I'm poor as shit and don't want a diverse diet. I don't like to eat a lot so I prefer a few cups of one thing with what I need. Amaranth and turnip greens are especially good super foods. Turnip greens contain close to all vitamins you can get from plants in just 2 cups. Amaranth leaves contain all your potassium needs in 2 cups. Amaranth grains contain all plant proteins and high iron.

      goddamn anon, learn how to peel a hardboiled egg properly. you gotta dip the eggs in cold water after boiling, crack it, then make sure you get underneath the outerdry layer, and, keep lubricating it with cold water to get a smooth pull of the shell. i fricking hate doing a bad job on peeling the eggs, makes the eating experience way worse. do better

    Same thing! I eat this everyday at 9am. Lost consistent weight so far.

    For lunch at 5pm I eat a slice of bread with peanut butter, carbs and fats
    For dinner (10pm) it's 2 scoops of protein powder.

    The note is from my wife. She loves to pack little notes in my work lunch
