It's true. Less than 3g per cup of boiled kale or about 2g per 100g.
Oatmeal is similar and I wouldn't consider that for my fibre source. Making vegetable stir fry with the veggies and greens that I actually like makes reaching my fibre goal cheaper and easier. Lentils would probably be best if I needed more (8g per 100g cooked), not more kale or Brussels sprouts when I don't have the calories for lentils.
Remember when he was a strict carnivore and said all plants are evil and because he actually ate carnivore unlike pure frauds like shawn baker he experienced horrible side effects and began saying fruit and honey are good for you. He is unironically right. I decided to listen to him a couple weeks ago. I stopped listening to you Black folk and moved to a diet of meat, eggs, dairy, salt, honey, and fruit. I feel great. I have more energy, my weight is going down my musculature is improving.
His diet advice helped me more than the years of nutritional advice from IST
The proof is in the pudding. I've tried most diets and while yes CICO is a thing, it isn't everything. The meat,fish, egg, dairy, fruit, honey, and salt diet has given me the best results for energy and physique while also being the tastiest and most sustainable. Anyone shitting on it hasn't tried it.
