Down to 210. I run a 5K in a 50lb weighted vest at 5AM then shoot my bow . Then do the dishes and laundry and feed the baby. Kids dropped off at school. Work until 1. Head to gym for 2 hours to lift. Wife works out and helps with chores as well. Wake up every day with that game 7 attitude

Wasn’t worth it. Ended up getting as high as 250lbs because I fell in with some powerlifters and I was gonna compete since my lifts were actually pretty good. Ended up not caring about powerlifting, just a fat frick. Got injured in several ways and stopped lifting for a few years after surgery. Now I’m fat with no muscle and no strength. So I’m basically restarting from where I was when this all began. Don’t listen to boomers, don’t listen to guys on fear if you’re natty. 9/10 they’re clueless. Like shit that 5’4” gear head (who was later fired when he was outed for being clueless) tried to tell me I was squatting wrong because my feet weren’t perfectly straight and pushed together touching.

Cut first. Once you’re lean, bulk slowly. You’ll need to cut again after the bulk.
Congrats, 6-12 months later you’ll look like a normal person. You’re basically at a starting point from there.
