Lately my memory has deteriorated. Is there some food or supplement that can improve it?

        Just a guess, but sounds like you’re burning out. Memory issues is one of the symptoms. Anger, anxiety and lack of energy are others. Sound familiar?

        If so, get that stress under control friend or it’ll eat you alive. I’d recommend you take one of those burn out questionnaires online to see how far down you’re on the spiral and then try to find some ways to eliminate whatever causes that stress in your life.

      But honestly if you don't find friends by your 20s after moving around you are pretty fricked unless you try really hard.
      There's really nothing in place private or otherwise that you can use to find friends.
      There is apps you can use but in my experience these people are all transient friends and you will end up where you started and ends up being circular.

    I've suffered from this for... 10-ish years now? Been a while.
    Sleep, mood, etc. never had a positive effect. Like, it got worse if I hadn't slept but the baseline was WAY below average.

    Only thing that worked was keeping a dated journal and making a habit of checking it.
    I'd jot down things I was working on, deliverables, things I was gonna start...

    It doesn't help with remembering/memorizing people though.

    Best thing I did for my memory was lying in bed before I goto sleep and spending five minutes recalling everything I did in a day backwards in as much detail as possible.
    Just that sort of training before your brain is fully developed will help. I can remember anything I write down now.

    Alcoholics tend to get dementia earlier and more severe. So don't drink, smoke or do any bad shit. Do your cardio and the only substance I know that might help is red Korean ginseng. That assumes your nutrition is good and not deficient in something.
