Old age isn't funny anon. I can only hope we all build everything we need to have a good "passing" as the deterioration of the body is actually sad to watch.

This. Aging is sad and scary to see. Just look at pic of how good and healthy he looked when he was young and compare it to his current state. It's devastating.

        He never lifted weights.

I see a bunch of old people in the gym barely moving any weight. Like they just started after their first hip fracture. I also see 50 and 60 year old who look like they've been lifting all their lives and they are way more fit than zoomers.

        Health is a life-long commitment.

Just start absolutely blasting gear once you hit 65 you're going to die anyways might as well burn out instead of fizzle out.

At his age, there's not much that you can do. It's not only your body that deteriorates but your brain too. Blasting test at 65 might improve your quality of life, but there's a big difference between 65 and 80. You deteriorate incredibly fast at that age.

I get what you mean, but as I said above, there's a big difference between 50, 60 and 80. The owner of my old gym lifted since he was 15. I knew him my entire life since his gym was right in front of my parent's house and he's a very social and a cool old man. My older brother starting lifting with him and he showed me a lot of videos from back then when he was 55 and he was in an incredible shape for his age, he would pull 30yo girls and have parties at his house with his closest friends from the gym all the time. By the time I started lifting he was 65 and he was still in very good shape. Nowadays he is 77 and he took a big hit to his health, man. It's so sad to see. His body is nothing like it used to be. His mind is also starting to show sings of severe deterioration, it's so sad

It's only bad if you pack on too much mass like a roidtroony and frick your heart. Putting on 20-30 pounds of muscle over the course of your life will only make you stronger into old age and increase bone density

Yeah my grandpa was easily the most intelligent person I knew growing up and taught me many things. He's still sharper than a lot of people you meet even at 82, but even then its clear he's lost a bit of a step and is a lot more frail.

yeah, if you live your life well everything should be fine until 60 or so where it all started to buckle a bit, by 70 many are still quite fit and hardy, functioning, employable. Around 75 though it all starts to go shit a bit for the vast majority of people, the senior moments, the basic bodily functions, Biden is just completely normal for that age - which is not acceptable for someone in a public office. I watched my dad succumbing like this also. He never got a really bad mental disease but one thing that struck me as being really sad was how he would complain about not recognizing people he should know, he had always been really social and knew so many people, but in the end was really frustrated that sometimes he had to ask who someone was. Nothing crazy like not knowing people he saw all the time as you get in alzheimers, but still very sad and embarrassing for him and it made me really sad. So your brain health should be priority no matter what else happens.

I don't have children, but I imagine you'd want more than to simply "pass your genes" but actually to make them fully grow into their best selves and honour said genes with virtuous actions and a noble character. If your descendants are squandering their potential by being ungrateful morons it might actually feel like a betrayal, which is much worse than simply not passing your genes.

I don't entirely agree with this but I do agree that that you should raise your children sufficiently enough so that they can also pass on their genes and take care of their children. All I was saying is that it wouldn't bother me how much they wanted contact with me as long as they are doing well, don't really care about nobility and all thay man-made stuff.

It's very possible he had botox, but that only gets rid of creases, you can't fix what happens in OP by throwing a bunch of plastic surgery at it. Genes or no genes, that dude is an inspiration, trying to copy him may not work too well in the end but will get you better results than all this Bryan Johnson nonsense.
