Soda was the line for me. My regular diet + soda = weight gain. My regular diet - soda = weight loss. It was such a habit that I found myself drinking the stuff without realizing it. I had to buy the zero sugar stuff and stock it wherever I found myself drinking soda, and once I made that switch I lost a shit ton of weight. I get that the next step is removing the chemical slop I've been chugging, but shedding 40 pounds just from removing sugary soda has solved a lot of other problems.
