there is a very important reason.

look how the west is utterly-fricking-obsessed with transgendered people. gays, lesbians, sexual minorities, 'gendered' minorities i guess you could call trans people.

the studies on microplastics are showing that this sudden shift towards transgenderism might NOT be political, it might NOT be sociological, it might NOT be from 'brave transpeople that fight bigotry', it must just be a bunch of chemicals in our environment that suddenly gave people fricked up hormones and make them identify with the opposite sex

if that were the case, all of the warrior shit goes out of the window, and it becomes proven that transgenderism is literally - i am using this term literally here - a perversion of natural biology. there is an extra input of environmental chemicals that results in the output of transgenderism.

fixing this plastics crisis could significantly decrease the amount of transgender people. people that are now catered to by markets and politicians.

how much upset would it cause if we completely got rid of plastics and the transgender population shrinks to 10% of what it is now in just 50 years? how silly would the modern world look in retrospect? how silly would politically-pandering businesses and Hollywood actors and politicians and influencers look?

trans people are now a demographic, to the point where the president of the US says "trans people are the soul of our nation".

what would it mean if 'the soul of our nation' are people who are literally fricked up by the environment?

the west is not ready for this reality. this is why people will be incredibly slow in looking into this whole thing and actually fixing it.

there are plenty more that don't explicitly say it can cause transgenderism, but do imply it by stating it can 'masculinize' females and 'feminize' males.

this claim of general hormone disruption is already well-established and can be proven with 5 seconds on google, and researchers are starting to connect the dots with a natural hypothesis, which is that it doesn't just feminize men, but can make them straight up think they are women.

it's really not a huge leap from what is already accepted. don't want to spend too much time now, have to go to work. where ill probably be in this thread on my phone kek

Most goyim are easily placated with burger, cola and Netflix slop, and the few who refuse to be good goyim are easily suppressed and alienated with propaganda. We are virtually powerless in the face of the modern machine. All we can do is do our best to survive and avoid it, but it is a losing battle. We have less power than a medieval peasant and are under more surveillance/censorship than Stalin could have ever dreamt of.

      Donate plasma or blood.
The saline they pump back into you has less plastic than your blood so you lose a tiny amount each time.

Much of the microplastics that enter the body do so through the air, primarily from synthetic textiles in clothing and carpet.

This shit is why I don't vote. This is literally the only issue humanity should care about right now, not transgender bathrooms or whatever. Yet nobody with the power to enact changes cares or even discusses this topic.
Plastic is literally killing us, we know it's killing us, and still nothing is being done. Food is still being sold in plastic packaging. Products are still being shipped in meaningless plastic wrappers that go straight into the trash. We even have biodegradable and recyclable alternatives to these things, yet plastic is used because it's more cost effective. Poison be damned.
It feels like such a hopeless fight. Even if I got my wish and all single use plastics were banned tomorrow, all of the existing plastic currently degrading into the water supply and oceans is still going to be there for tens of millenia. We're so fricked.

This is like when we used to use lead and asbestos
Useful materials but dangerous as frick, plastic isn't as immediately dangerous as those two but it's definitely bad. It'll probably take decades of slow changes, the fact that BPA free stuff is sold everywhere is proof of this (not saying it's ideal but the problem with plastic is atleast being acknowledged)
The environmental movement will probably lead to plastic slowly phased out and eventually banned once alternatives become just as useful and cost effective, again not ideal but I'd give it like 100-200 years and plastic won't be anywhere near as common as it is now

I hate when people say this. My co-workers will say this exact shit (minus the last sentence). "Oh well, plastic is everywhere so who cares lol"
The fact that it's so pervasive is exactly why something must be done about it.

I agree friend. however, no one is doing anything about it. no one will either. i could try and buy a gun and do something drastic but i'll just be stuck in prison, no change. even just stop oil leftoids who try their best aren't getting anywhere. everyone's also too ironically detached from the situation, it's so much easier to just ignore it and keep consuming instead of actually making a change. if we did something 50 years ago we could stop it, but "they" made sure that it wouldn't happen. i can't think of anything that would help. what is there to be done nothing the individual consumer does can stop it.

    It's literally already over.
    I'll give you an example:
There are heavy metals in dark chocolate. Fix to a more natural processing method you say? They need to be dried, and Pollutants from car exhaust and brakepads get in the air and settle on it. A cover? Even so there's traces of cadmium and other heavy metals. Where do they come from? They come from the soil. It's literally already there from pollutants.

    Fish? Plastic.
Cow, prok or chicken? Antibiotics, industrialized farming, swimming in their own shit, eating garbage.
Fruits and vegetables? Almost all soil has heavy metals in it and less micronutrients than before.
Water? Hormones from birth control, plastic, and acid rain.
Your own blood? If you're like 99% of americans than plastic and PFAs are already there.

IT'S LITERALLY ALREADY OVER, WE ARE PERMANENTLY FRICKED, THERE'S NO GOING BACK

On the bright side, there is a bit of a relief knowing there's nothing you can do about it so might as well get on with your life.

There is none. They switched from glass bottles to plastic to save $$$. Then put the burden on consumers to recycle it and shame us for using it instead of going after the manufacturers for producing it. Getting rid of plastic would mean less $$$ coming in. That is unacceptable. Literally nothing can realistically be done about this with the way the world currently works.

      >in the hygiene products you rub on your skin
      >in the AIR YOU BREATHE
You were exposed to EDCs in the womb
Testosterone levels are declining significantly within each generation
Most of us will live to see the average man be infertile. We can't imagine what that world will be like, but if you imagine a dying of apathy and malaise, doesn't it look an awful lot like the one we live in already?
This trend can be reversed but it requires the developed world to basically 180 on pollution and ruthlessly eliminate it. Ban all plastics and destroy all existing plastic products, which is practically impossible (no country will do that), let alone actually impossible (it couldn't be done anyway).
So we have a couple of generations to find a technological hail mary that will save us - what a shit state of affairs.

Shut up, doomer. You don't even need to try that hard to escape this shit. You just need to make a space in your house where you can go to convalesce, and you make sure only things you like are inside. Choose the foods and the liquids you keep in there, and spend an hour or two each day that way. It gives your body space to deal with itself so it doesn't have to constantly worry about being poisoned by the outside world. In the past people called this idea holy ground. It's not new. People have always been struggling against this kind of thing, even if it's worse now.

Cleaning up the plastic will require an organized effort, not just individuals picking up a few bottles off the highway when they feel like it. This problem was created by organized greed; it will only be solved by organized good will. And no, that doesn't mean the government should punish consumers for using cheap plastic products. It would require a far more fundamental shift in how we run society (i.e. not revolving around profits).

Yes, it's in everything, but you can still massively reduce your exposure, you moron. I'm one of the only guys of my generation who has normal, natural T levels and I attribute that to my dad being an anti-plastic schizo when I was growing up. He never let any plastic anywhere near me, no plastic in the microwave, no plastic water bottles, etc.

I noticed how it's damn near impossible to find anything clothing that's just straight cotton anymore.

plastic is fricking inert, it cannot do anything to you except clog your shit up like any other inert substance.

You literally can't. Its fricking everywhere. I think its funny when morons cut our plastic bottles and think they're good. A lot of food spices are in plastic bottles. Dish soap, which you cook your food in, is in plastic. There is no way to completely escape.

No that's in the ocean where the chinks dump all their textile waste. In the human body/air it's tires

Every time you stretch or otherwise put strain on a polyester fabric, it sheds microplastics and you inhale them. Your furnitures are treated with fire moronants which are also some type of plastics/carcinogens/nasty stuff. You need to vacuum your house often to stop dust from getting where it shouldn't.

In the US there is a 14 Billion metric TONNES of car tyres on the road all being ground down against a rough surface and so being thrown into the air.
All the other plastic around humans is tiny compared to that.
