It's like 10 times more expensive than a large bag of brown rice. You can buy parboiled if you want it quicker.
buy a fricking rice cooker, anon.
Stove top rice is really easy to make if you're too cheap to buy a dedicated rice cooker.
>Buying this overpriced crap
Just buy regular rice, moron
Mmmmm microwaved plastic yum yum
microwaves kill nutrients
okay boomer
>microwaves kills nutrients
>but it does not kill insects as small as ants
I honestly don't know why dyels try to give out fitness advice.
Ants are stronger than nutrients, anon. Makes sense to me that they'd survive
Ignore these sperging morons anon, I eat loads of these pouches, and even at a higher price point they still cost frick all, and I buy the seasoned ones so I can literally just micro a pouch at work, rip off the top and eat straight from the pouch.
Cooked in seconds, eaten in minutes, NO prep or cleanup.
>I buy the seasoned ones
Literally slop with msg, salt and sugars
no shot you are microwaving food in plastic and eating it, this is just ragebait right?
is there any proofs that microwaving food in plastics is le bad or is this just another IST thing
Dude, even water bottles are full of crap because its bottled in plastic, what do you think happens when you heat up plastic (aka increase the velocity and threshold for chemical reactions)?

Nice sources dipshit. Now Im doing the opposite.
These aren't the sources, they list their sources in the "sources" my beloved anonymous human being
its definitely not healthy for you but it isnt gonna kill you. ive been microwaving plastic since i was a kid. will i get anus prostate ballsack cancer in 50 years when im old as shit? probably, but a little bit of chemicals leeched into my food is a drop in the bucket compared to breathing exhaust fumes and pollutants in the groundwater etc
There is no proof and literally every professional athlete does this from time to time when travelling. Sometimes you are just always on the move and for some odd reason there is a microwave available.
Some are kind of rancid but I like the ones with rice and some kind of mix of quinoa, barley, lentils, spelt, ect...
Better than any shit I'll make and only takes 90 seconds. I can zap that in at the end of my cook and it'll be done by the time I'm plated or cleaned up my pan.
Its fine. If you want to be extra cautious about the plastic thing, I guess you can put it on a plate before microwaving it
This, just empty it into a bowl first if you're concerned. IST attracts spergy morons that obsess over utterly pointless minutae.
Come back in 20 minutes and the consensus will be "if you're not growing your own rice in a paddy that you've irrigated yourself having selectively bred your own strain of rice then you're doing it wrong. And you have to cook it in a wok cast by yourself with iron you mined yourself."
And they taste damn delicious. Stop being such a joyless gay.
it’s goyslop like precooked bacon or precooked eggs or whatever industrial waste they sell now
just eat it you pussy. you can go back to eating your home grown kale sandwich when you get back home
>whatever industrial waste they sell now
I only know one person in my life who talks like you. He goes on and on about how unhealthy food is now and how healthy he is.
But he is the most dyel person I have ever met and also a vegan. I don't think I have ever met a fit person who gets this autistic about food
I use an instant pot to cook all my rice. Comes out perfect every time.

Good site for times and measurements for how to cook specific rice varieties. Basmati, Calrose, Brown, etc.
The pre flavored ones are the shit. And they cook in 90 seconds, you can’t beat that. Anyone complaining about price is poor as frick. I’ll gladly pay $1.50 for a bag.
>$1.50 for a bag
I was thinking these were maybe $5 a bag for 1 serving of rice. I didn't think it was this cheap. Nerds on this website will literally complain about anything
Pic rel is 85p.
frick im hungry now. Seeing as how cheap these are and ive never tried them, i may pick one of these up along with some chicken
My go to lunch for bringing to work is this shit with a can of mackerel mashed into it
Same. Or I'll chop a peperami stick or two into it. Or get some sliced deli chicken and use that to pinch clumps of rice. Shit's versatile as frick
It’s $1.50 for 2 servings, each bag is 500 calories and like 90g of carbs
I eat many of these from Kroger (and bagged beans). the $1.5 cilantro lime, red beans/rice are good. If i have money I get the Ben's creamy 4chz or cheddar broccoli mmm. I am poor this month so I had to buy a box of stove rice instead. Anyway I'm bigger and stronger than most people here and bagged microwave rice has got my approval.
dont worry anon, people who actually workout know whats really an issue or not. its literally only dyels who talk this autistically about "health." Its like a fatty telling you whey protein is unhealthy
This. Being healthy is nowhere near as complex, difficult or expensive as the spergs on here want everyone else to believe in order to excuse their own inadequacy.
They don't want to hear that guys under 6' can get laid.
They don't want to hear that you can get in shape without sperg plans.
They don't want to hear that diet doesn't need to be autistically planned to the mg.
I frick with these when I'm too lazy to cook rice, Uncle Ben will treat you right.
RIP Uncle Bens
You can make this stuff at home in like 20 minutes with a rice cooker, metal pot and blade and cutting board and some seasonings. All cheaper and better quality and no need to create shitloads of plastic waste.
Yes anon, we are all aware of this fact every time we decide to buy food. Just answer the question you autistic frick
Learn to cook you stupid lazy frick
>no u
that was pretty cute
>answer the question
>”what do you think”
>”it’s shit do better”
I answered the question, you’re autistic for not accepting the answer
Or... OR anon, you can spend 90 SECONDS microing a pouch of spicy preseasoned rice and eat it with some deli meat.
>plastic waste
Frick off Greta, telling us not to create plastic waste then shove your pots and pans in a fricking dishwasher
>he’s okay with being israeliteed out of his money and his environment
Imagine being this much of a bootlicker
Rice is already so easy to cook that the convenience cost is not worth it unless you find yourself in a situation where you can't access a stove top.
Cooks in 90 seconds. That alone is worth the convenience fee
Mmm blastic
Too expensive for what they're worth
Just buy a rice coocker and frozen vegetables
5 different recommendations to buy a rice cooker, none of which address anything said in the rest of the thread.
And you wonder why people don't stay here with shut-in neet spergs are the ones presuming they can dole out advice, not out of any sense of benevolence, but to feel superior somewhere, because you definitely don't feel it anywhere else.
Are you wondering if ants will survive in a rice cooker?
disgusting
