Is it over? Do I hop on TRT now?

Odd, I'm 42 and have never needed a nap after lifts. Get a little yawney tho in the afternoon. Guess I'm a high test alpha.
or you're lifting at significantly less than 7 RPE like 99% of this board, and 99% of any population of any commercial gym on any given day
The probability that you are getting tons of great sleep and don't need a nap after intense exertion sometimes is i'm going to say 100,000 times less than the probability that you don't lift that hard
This. If you aren't going to sleep "early," you more than likely could be doing better on sleep.
yeah, cause nothing says "Alpha Male" like going to bed at 8 pm
that's actually the most gigachad move ever
You need more cardio so you can get your work capacity up. Also do higher reps instead of heavy weight for more of your sets
You are too young to be losing steam. You are likely not sleeping well or have some other inadequacy.
You planning on dying in your late 50s?
Trying to, but my body is not cooperating.
25-30 is middle aged, as the human body isn't designed to live past 50-60. You're walking dead at that point, always in pain and unable to do anything physically. If you don't have your life established by 25-30 (wife, kids, house, career) you didn't make it. We get lied to by the elites who claim 60 is the new middle aged, they just want us to work longer.
There’s no such thing as “oh you need to do these things or have certain things when ur at X age” That’s some fricking boomer moron mindset to have. Not everyone comes from the same family, background, finance, location. everyone has a right to live their own fricking life and you are a stuck up b***h if you think other wise .
Shut the frick up, goatis
I dont agree with the overall tone and overarching message of this post but
>If you don't have your life established by 25-30 (wife, kids, house, career) you didn't make it.
this is kind of true and I'm a bit scared as a 28 yo single guy
rest is good though
25-35 is literally your physical peak you fricking mongoloid
>we're supposed to have kids at 20, be grandparents by 40, and die at 60. Anything less and you've failed your ancestors
Jesus christ frick off with this demoralization Andrew Tate caveman bullshit
Iron deficiency
Get ferritin tested on blood work
You need minimum 100 level of ferritin to function.
Also check for b12 shot
B12 levels*
>You need minimum 100 level of ferritin to function.
not OP but mine was 16, lab said recommended was 30, was I actually more fricked than I realised or am I being memed?
Do you do any cardio?
I just can't fricking do it anymore man.
I can't go to the gym for 4 hours a day for months at a time, starving myself, getting stretchmarks fricking everywhere, for the off chance i might get to contract an STD from some cardio bunny bimbo. I can't stand the dieting, the pain, the boredom, or the fact that in 10 years its all going to go to pot anyway.
Its not fricking worth it, I don't care what Socretes says, I'm going to live my life indoors where its comfy instead of wrestling with nature like some freakish aboriginal primitivist whose still trying to win the struggle we won 5,000 years ago.
Frick it, I'll be fat, I don't care, I'm never going to gel with that kind of woman anyway, they are all dumb airheads with a crotch for a brain.
And I'm sure as hell not going to inject silly putty into my biceps and watch my balls shrivel up like prunes so I can go bald and look like Joe Rogan without the money.
Fricker looks like an out of work porn star anyway.
whoa what
you don't put yourself through that to frick them you put yourself through that to feel superior to them
and that feeling is always worth it
It only takes one hour of lifting a few times a week to not be fat, you fat lazy bastard. If the only reason you are doing it is for women, you are mentally weak and will definitely fail.
how the frick can you be 29 and still coming here? that's like being 29 and still hanging with the 17-year-olds outside of a comic book shop
You're here forever, zoomie.
I'll be turning 27 and found this place at 24.
I thought getting a gf would help me leave this place behind, but I'm still here.
I'm 37, with a 30 yr old wife-to-be in 2 months. Then a kid in probably 11 months. Just bc you age doesn't mean you don't have time to scroll threads on the toilet/at work/while your wife is talking
decent bait, there’s a bunch of 35+ people on here, also several dads like me that might fall for it.
>tfw coming here 13 years, almost half of my life
And I still love it. Its the only decent place on the Internet. Part of me even wants it to be shut down so I can put down the screen forever. If you're still a loser and hate IST after years and years of /sig/ then you're ngmi.
no
lmao
roidtrannies btfo
It's over
>Caring what women think
You sound like you should get checked for low testosterone.
im 22 and after lifting im braindead and exhausted the rest of the day tested and im high T too so idk
>im high T
>T is all that matters!!
You've been meme'd
i take vitamin D and b12 and go go outside even in nature and do cardio daily idk what it is
>29
>middle age
you guys are insane
life practically starts at 30
give up the ghost, gramps. gotta become a cardiogay like everyone else at 30. trust me, its based and redpilled. i row 10000m a day easy and feel better than ever
>Is it over? Do I hop on TRT now?
Nah homie u just a b***h.
What you need to do is cultivate energy, and to live a more active and energetic life.
I'm almost 40 and even heavy lifting, though it makes my muscles worn out, leaves me fricking pumped up and about to bust with excess energy. Best time for fricking too, right after a hard work out all sweaty and blood pumping.
sounds like you have an immune deficiency
>37
>stopped lifting for 1.5 year
>gained all my fat back
Do cardio
>29
>middle age
lel
but as a 28 yo dude I sometimes feel weak, like mildly sick, if I dont eat enough but my days go well and I lift to failure
>things are getting a little difficult should I pin test
As a 36 yr old with family I can not relate to people feeling too tired to workout. I feel great every day even when I’ve only slept like 2 hours.
I started lifting when I was 19 but back then lifting was a bit more niche and thus not as much good info was out there for the general public unless you knew exactly where to go (this was like 13 years ago). I continued lifting into my 20s on and off and the most I ever got was like 1.5 plates for bench, never squatted, never DL, never OHP just bro split leg day skipping idiot. I started again when I hit 30 and the past 2 years I went from 1.5 plates to 2.5 for bench, 3 plate squat, 1.5 plate OHP I don't really deadlift anymore because I don't like the lift but I know I can hit 3 plates as I found 2 plates super easy.
No need for gear or anything... I don't even stretch just warm up with weights and I can still hit 2 hour lifting sessions without a problem. Just get good sleep and eat properly and you'll be fine. I don't think test drops for men until they hit mid 40s or smth and even then, I've seen people older than myself lifting way more than me.
I don't know my bf % but I'm 5'10 190lbs. Ageing is just a mindset until you get to the point where your body actually starts breaking down but you are far from that... that's like 50s and shit and even when you hit 50 then you can always hop on gear and shit.
