Minimal gains for past 3 years. Time to use roids?

I'm 5'11" and 180lbs. I've been lifting for around eight years. For the past five or so, I've looked pretty much the same. Maybe some minimal gains, but the progress is extremely slow at this point. I'd ideally like another 10-20lbs of muscle, which isn't gonna happen without using gear.

Is it worth it?

If anything they're a little over-developed, but it seems like you have short legs or were holding the phone at a weird angle. Your calves look small in this picture. Your upper body looks fine.

This is what happens when zoomers and dipshits who are 25 + and live in their basements never touching grass look at pics. These guys are so closeted its not even funny, how many pics of topless men you'd have to view to get such a distorted sense is mind blowing.

You tell me, Mr. Dysmorphia. Why should I define you and beauty standards. Ask your GF if it matters. Ask God if it was worth it. I don't care past my self judgement on whether or not I can reach the same level in that time.

No. Muscles are not the end all be all. I look like a sack of shit and I have a gf. You can have more strengths than physical strength (pardon the pun).

I take that to mean his GF probably doesn't have a muscle fetish. Which isn't all that common with women. Most women like a healthy, fit guy. But not all women drop their panties for just a physique alone.

Either you can define what your ideal is, that which you desire most, or you're simply moving the goalposts because you don't know what success is. I can't take someone seriously if they can't even man up to get a girl. So I can't understand someone spewing incelese to me. You either get b***hes and then we can talk strategy, or you don't and you need to reevaluate yourself by yourself.

My experience in life is that body is everything, because I do have some charisma, I don't look very poor, I don't have an ugly face and yet I've never had sex with a girl. And before you dismiss my arguments entirely because "le incel" rhetoric, I just want to say that all of this would be different it if I had a god tier body. But because I don't have that, everything good about me is eclipsed by my physique.

Okay. Well I have decent face that /soc/ and /LULZ/ have rated as a 7.5. Even if we consider the fact they're harsh, there's no way I'm 10/10 and I've never had a pretty girl approach me outright.

I drive a dented car, and I live with my grandparents. I make less than $40k a year. I'm 5'4", and I hadn't worked out for 6 years before I met my GF. I say all these things to show you I'm not bragging, and I'm not extremely gifted. All it takes is learning what works and what doesn't. I was called an incel, and now LULZ thinks I'm a normie. I'm neither, just a late bloomer who wants to get in shape now. I know people can do better than me if they try.

I'm smart, so I knew how to game Tinder to use it more effectively. It's lame to say you're a smart person, but since I see most guys say they just swipe right on everyone, it kinda shows that the average guy doesn't know what he's doing at all.

I'm mentally healthy. It took me until 23 before I finally got out of my depression and fixed my ego problems.

I was motivated to finally start, I'm lazy and a procrastinator by nature, but I never stop once I dedicate to myself to something. So when I failed for a few months, I kept at it and tried to learn from my mistakes. People will keep trying the same thing over and over, but the trick is to reiterate and innovate equally. It takes time to learn what your capable of.

You clearly developed body dysmorphia, you should get this mental condition first.

this is a dream physique for 99% of IST lmao. definitely an acceptable time to try the dark side if you'd like, just know what you're doing, get blood work done, know what to do if things look weird, know what a PCT is if you decide it's not for you, etc

This is basically the natty peak. If you're upset about it and start roiding you'll still have dysmorphia and end up as a weirdly shaped roidtroony freak.

Ok you go on roids and then what? Enjoy fast progress for a while again and then it slows down. Then you take more? And the progress slows down again do you just keep taking more and more until you just die?
Commit to a bulk, train hard as frick. If you've lifted for years you should already know what works

I am yet to see a non fit guy with an attractive girl. If all you want is a vegana, you can land a 3/10 tomorrow. You can tell everyone you have a gf.

But actually attractive girls don't want to be with someone who isn't a god

Why would you want more than this, homosexual? You look great. If you still insist on more gains, do it dirty by getting a bit fat and then cutting hard. Using gear is always moronic, unless you are a homosexual because only gay men appreciate big lean muscles.

    >Is it worth it?
    In my opinion: No!
There is a reason why the human body limits your muscle growth. At some point you do have diminishing returns. More muscle maybe means overall decrease in your health. And I warn everybody to frick around with their endocrine system.

So ask yourself: Is more muscles worth the long term health problems? We are still clueless about most of our processes in the body. Just like a marathon runner loses muscle mass to be more efficient on running you can be assured that your body is somehow going to compromise in areas just so you can walk around with more muscle mass. Every extreme has its costs. Sleep apnea for example just because you walk around with too much mass fricks you up in the long run.

I really don't see any added value in roids if you are not competing. You are already mogging 95% of the world population. Women sure as hell won't be more attracted to you past your current form.

    Time to do specialized training.
If you bring all muscle groups down to maintenance volume (2-4 sets) except for 1, that one muscle group you still train hard will grow, and quite fast.
When you are satisfied with the growth, or dissatisfied with the uneven proportions, move onto the next muscle group.
At some point all lifers will need to switch to specialized training to grow. You simply can’t grow every muscle at the same time forever. Muscle breakdown will eventually become greater than muscle protein synthesis. Specialized training combats this.
