Minimalism

>buy rings
>do upper body variations until my arms are about to fall off
>grow nice upper body
>buy pair of 24kg kettlebells
>do squat variations until my legs are about to give up
>grow nice lower body
>use same pair of kettlebells to do swings, upper/lower body isolations and some other mobility movements
>body is now greatly conditioned, cardiovascular system is in top shape
So, when am I supposed to need more?
Because from the looks of it, I LITERALLY don't need anything else.
It seems you can really solve ISTness with very little, huh.
To think I almost fell for the "your home gym needs a thousand of equipment like a commercial gym" meme.
The minimalism redpill is truly powerful and eye opening.

no, my point is that just by looking at image size and filename you can tell if it's an actual picture or just some random image anon found on the interwebz but 99% of fit is completely oblivious to that. Most gays here probably never even run reverse image search before mindlessly replying to bait posts.

If you run a reverse image search you will find that pic in a single cbt thread a few days ago (from me).
I did the random number filename thing because I saw it being used everywhere on this site.

consider adding resistance bands too. cheap, light, easy to store, but can add a lot of value. i attach them to my kettlebell to do weighted dips/pull ups.

      >kettlebells keep working out fun and enjoyable
That's why I like them. I would probably not work out if I had to go to the gym because of some stupid mental gymnastics my brain does sometimes. This way I can just go home from work, change clothes and start working out immediately, no reason no to.

buy dumbbells instead of kettlebells. you will quickly find that you need to progress to weighted calisthenics and it's easier with dumbbells or dumbbell plates. also for lateral raises and ohp.

You're promoting dumbbells over kettlebell for... lateral raises? This is what commercial gyms do to your brain.

      >no no they're good
No they're not, they're marked up dumbbells you don't progress with. You're a skinnyfat boomer just like everyone uses these. Holding a sandbag zercher style and doing cossack squats would probably build more lower body muscle than the best kettlebell swinger ever and it costs almost nothing.

kettlebells does literally everything dumbbells does, but with better technique and grip development involved
plus a ton of mobility movements you cannot properly reproduce with dumbbells due to different weight distribution
you are so conditioned by mainstream db goyslop that you completely closed your mind to everything outside your bubble, even though you never tried them

going to the gym has gotten so incredibly boring after 15 years or so. kettlebell is actually something new to improve on, and you can get a great workout in 30m instead of squatting 5 reps and resting for 5 minutes. you should try it sometime. big barbell wants you to think every other possible tool is useless.

This guy exclusively works out with kb's with push ups and pull ups here and there.

Also, Karelin did kettlebell work. kettlebell is great for longevity (less likely to suffer injury as a result of strength training) and overall physical fitness. barbell is for strength purists, while kettlebell training accomplishes both HIIT and strength, providing a good balance.
