oral min + oral fin is the most powerful stack if you do that for 2 years that's as good as it's going to get for you.
No dutasteride is significantly stronger than fin for limiting dht, oral min is strong af but fricks your heart badly + creates strong dependency, microneedling is bigger than topical min but probably lower than oral but if the regimen doesn't include that it's definitely not doing all he can, plus the ru shit topically is even bigger for dht but risky and hard to get and dependent on effective applications. Oral min + duta + micro would probably be the most results for a reasonable amount of effort, but duta is a bit more risky for people who dont cope well with lowered dht than fin and oral min is horrid
>dont cope well with lowered dht
I thought the bigger issue with nuking your 5AR was that your neurosteroid levels get fricked and that's why people get depression and erectile dysfunction on fin.
>depression
fake
>erectile dysfunction
nothing to do with neurosteroids
most of these rumours are pushed by homies with an agenda, trying to sell you some alternative solution that doesn't work
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5%CE%B1-Reductase#List_of_conversions
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allopregnanolone#Biological_function
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19655698/
It's an objective fact that inhibiting 5AR is going to reduce your neurosteroid levels, and it appears to me that neurosteroids have important impacts on mood.
Clinical depression caused by chemical imbalances in the brain is absolutely real and absolutely can cause erectile dysfunction, ED and loss of sex drive is one of the most common symptoms of depression.
ok, but there actual studies on the positive effects of finasteride on various mental conditions so it is what it is

these are all youtube memes
I was memes into buying a microneedling device by MPMD and I'm too scared to use it. I will say that
has given me a bit of motivation to use it.

my doctor told me not to use a derma roller because it damages your hair and it's meant for acne instead?
is there a derma roller specifically for hair loss?
Your doctor is a homosexual of the Black person variety. He wants to sell pharmaceuticals not fix your problems.
Get a 1.5mm dermaroller and roll your scale once a month. Keep it clean and apply a serum. I guarantee it will help you more than your current regimen.
Also take msm and if you're fat lose weight.
The internet is full of success stories with micro needling/dermarolling.
not the anon you responded too but I have one of these and I was wondering if I could do it everyday after my morning shower like a regualr routine. Also how hard to press down and how to get used to the sensation
Anon, if you did bicep curls every day would you get better gains than someone who does it less frequently and with rest?
Obviously not. Each mm size of dermaroller has a recommendable frequency. None of them are recommended for every day.
Just look at a bunch of people's success videos. They all do them regularly but only once a week or month or whatever.
Not him but just adding on I was a non-responder to minoxidil until I integrated once-weekly 1.5mm dermastamping, that's what I would recommend.
If memory serves the microneedling also literally makes minoxidil more effective because it increases sulfotransferase activity in the scalp.
>sulfotransferase
it's crazy this isn't just printed on the package of minox products considering how many people don't respond to minox because of it.
all the packages just say is 'if you don't see growth within 3 months, stop treatment' like frick these Black folk, why can't they just say 'start a sulfotransferase stimulating adjunct treatment if you don't see results' how hard would that be
instead we get hoards of absolute queball morons spamming about how minox doesn't work and you should rub fricking mint oil on your scalp and do blood flow massages
>'start a sulfotransferase stimulating adjunct treatment if you don't see results'
I think it's because you just know some one-in-a-million unlucky guy will have some horrifying side effect and sue them, then win because they're legally not supposed to give "medical advice".
What serum? Something other than rogaine please...
Yes. A dermastamp. The rollers and electric pens are bad for your skin
You can use a microneedling device instead.
Use a micro needling pen instead. The roller literally rips your skin. Think about it, needles on a wheel pulling against your skin as it rolls, the pen takes longer but is safer
Because improving bloodflow restores shortened hair growth for some reason, makes sense dude
>blood flow
wrong, the scalp damage forces your body to make growth factors around the damaged tissue to heal it, and that happens to stimulate follicles in the same area.
There have been cases where completely bald men suffer a head injury and hair begins growing on and around the wound.
minoxidil non-responder. many such cases
increase sulfotransferase in the scalp. minox needs that shit to actually work, some people are just low on it so minox doesn't work on them. start using retinol or tretinoin on your scalp before applying minox to increase it
also like everyone is saying derma roll once a week and wait 24h before applying anything. don't risk the sides. I tried applying minox just 12h after rolling and I got nasty dermatitis all up my arms
>retinol or tretinoin on your scalp before applying minox to increase it
Looking into tropical retinol rn, seeing a lot of skin moisturizers containing it, am I good to use those (worried that other ingredients will interfere with minox) or should I be looking for pure retinol?
I'm not sure sorry. I would use pure retinol. The strongest evidence is for tretinoin which is a prescription strength form of vitamin a. retinol is the same, just lower strength so I would just find the strongest retinol you can get. in cosmetics it can be called retinoid or retinoic acid, I think "The Ordinary" has a 2% solution that might work.. I use it on my face. Can find tretinoin online if you want to avoid getting a prescription.
Here is the tretinoin study https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30974011/
Getting into broscience here what if I literally split open vitamin A gelcaps and smear them on my scalp, or crush up vitamin A tablets and mix them with water?
doubt it would have a useful effect because even though retinol and tretinoin are vitamin a based compounds, they are both stronger than just plain vitamin a
even tretinoin 0.025% is too weak for me. going to order 0.05 and see if that work better.
you could try minoxidilmax, google it. they have various products with minox, fin and tret all in one bottle. just don't get the ones above 5% minox, must higher chance of sides and research shows doses higher than 5% don't give better results
>has low quality, low sample size, non repeatable studies as evidence
f-frick
>not true
post them
there are studies on all types of micro-wounding with consistent results. you think i have the time and energy to go find them for you? i dont care if you go bald moron
side effects?
I heard this might cause cancer and wrinkles.
Is that true?
depends how long it's been. you may just need more time.
try 1mm derma roller once a week (don't use minox for 24 hours afterword).
if that's not working, you essentially have to keep your haircut matching your balding level as it recedes. the more you're balding, generally the higher and tighter you want your cut. hopefully it doesn't come to that. I didn't regrow all my hair, but I got back enough that with a good haircut and some stubble, I feel good with myself.
>try 1mm derma roller once a week
I've looked into it before, but was scared because of what people have told me about it. I guess it can't hurt to try it at this point so frick it.
Are there specific instructions on how to use it? Do I need to press down really hard for a long time, or just lightly for a few seconds? Never touched one of these before
i use derma roll twice a week and also apply minox right afterwards
ive been doin this since march
Excellent, bro happy for you
What mm you use?
1.5mm
I have the same one and how often
How hard do you have to push to have it work
you apply the same amount of pressure as if you were shaving, its a fricking paint roller covered in needles its going to break into your skin by just rolling.
Thank you for the response anon
how often do you replace the head on these things?
Are you on finasteride as well?
no i am not
twice a week
it does the trick
Damn, nice response. You feel anything from the minoxidil going systemic like hypotension or heart racing?
first two days i felt my hear beating a little more intense, nothing worrying, it went away the second day,i also had a few random hard erections right after i applied minox for 2-3 days
imagine caring about that when you're literally balding. it's already life and death
kek based
it's like the homies that refuse to use fin because they are afraid of getting a limp dick
like homie it's not like your dick will be getting any action anyway if the top of your head looks like it has just been polished
is there a reason why some people don't recommend minoxing right after dermaneedling? Those are some strong results if that is real tbqh.
i have no idea,i minox right after dermaneeding because it makes sense to apply the minox into the freshly roller scalp for maximum hair gains
Too much absorption leading to more severe sides really.
If that anon is doing it no problem, worth a try.
I've heard of people having some real problems with minox though it's rare
if you're susceptible to the sides they'll hit hard because they'll be going directly into your bloodstream rather than absorbing through the skin over time.
Bro.. if real, what a fricking comeback. I don't remember seeing anything remotely close to this kind of reversal on this board ever.
How often do you wash your hair?
i wash my hair every two days with Seboderm or Nizoral, the brand doesnt matter, what matters is to have ketoconazol 2% in it
i rub my scalp for about 2 mins ,then i let it rest on my head for 8 mins
i used it since march and i never replaced the head,i dont think you can replace it anyway, the needles dont smoothen out with use so i think i will be able to have the roll for a year before any significant damage to the needles
many thanks fren
impressive
Back from the dead
Zinc deficiency.
Out of curiosuty, what do you eat for breakfast anon?
just some chips and a redbull, why?
unironically rub in fresh cum before going to sleep
Secret hair growth tip that ~~*they*~~ don't want you to know: Semen. Just nut in your hand and apply it to your scalp. Do this twice a day for at least a month. Thank me later.
Troon!
You can try dermarolling but if both finasteride and minoxidil haven't stopper or atleast considerably slowed down your balding I don't think there's much hope.
Nizoral shampoo
RU-58841
Microneedling/dermaroll
Hair transplant
Make sure you have right nutrients (zinc etc)
Nofap
Or just give up and shave
scalp massage.
Balding is caused by scalp tension.
Watch What I've Learned's video about it.
Scalp massages & botox, unironically.
Yeah keep popping pills and using chemicals, that should do the trick!
Micro-needling (stamp is better than roller), red-light therapy, scalp massage all have shown to provide some benefit.
My hair is thinning. Wat do?
fin + min, rest is cope
Get fat
Take the bald pill anon.
I may not be a homosexual and able to post proof.
Let me check.
You look fine but a person with hair can shave it off whenever they want.
Thanks anon and you're right but I'm saying if OP is worried about fricked up hair to just go straight bald.
Yes,yes anon. I posted follow up
You do have a good bald head gay
I thought you said you wasn’t a homosexual? I’m confused.
>Trimming the cheeks so beard looks artificially delineated
>Shaving the top of the moustache
Yeah, I'm saying homosexual.
I agree with the mustache bit, but most people will clean their upper cheeks to some extent
that's the shittiest beard I ever saw
Oral Minoxidil:
https://www.reddit.com/r/tressless/comments/t6yl3b/complete_guide_to_orally_taking_topical_minoxidil/
Is this a meme? From what I remember reading, oral minoxidil will frick you up
Yeah pubmed said it was bad iirc
just neck it my man
If that stack isn't working you're simply either going through a shed or you haven't been on it for long enough. You must be in the <1st percentile for it not to work to at least maintain your hair. So get a grip and stay on it, it's almost 100% gonna be effective long-term if at the very least in maintaining.
You should use finasteride on its own for 6-12 months and see how it works before adding other drugs to your stack. Who the hell wants to apply minox twice a day if finasteride alone is enough?
Head massage. Look up what i have learned channel. There is a video on why we get bald and how to avoid it.
Unironically my hair began to grow back when I used the brand “native” shampoo. It doesn’t strip the oil off your scalp like other brands, you should try it anon
Have you tried not stressing out? Works wonders on your complexion too. Shave and be done with it.
Anyone have a recommended derma roller? There's so many different ones on Amazon and I have no clue which one to get
anything that is 1.5mm and cheap
if you respond well you can look at getting something more convenient like a derminator
ray peat
I've been on minoxidil for about four months now and I'm not seeing any noticeable improvements, I still have a balding spot at the back, though it does seem my hair loss has at least stopped as I'm not pulling hair out like I used to.
Should I jump on Finasteride asap to try and max out my gains?
yes, everyone should be on finasteride, it's more important than minox.
also look at the sulfotransferase related posts in this thread
Dudes, o came from this...
the haircut is ridiculous, I know .. but being short the product applies better. 13 months of finasteride and minoxidil.
nice bro. I'm on month 6 of fin+minox. getting some regrowth. wagmi
>do it for at least a year
>stop vaping/smoking
Book a flight to Turkey
This thread is full of shit advice.
OP looks like you need to change to dutasteride instead of fin. It's 90% effective vs 70% of fin, or if youre a fricking pussy you can mix them up. My research says fin 3 times a week is the best for everyone, and for someone like you maybe 2 fins and 1 dut per week at the very least. Also hair transplant
thats not his hair dipshit
if it was no one would be wasting time even trying to regrow it
what the frick are you talking about? he's trying to keep it not regrow it (based on the OP). If he's trying to regrow it he's fricking moronic cause thats not how it works, min isnt magic and fin is mostly to keep it.
if you're not regrowing at least some of it on fin+minox you're doing something wrong
Honestly im getting a hair transplant for the sides of my receeding hairline, besides that i have a lot of hair and with lots of volume. Gonna try min on cheeks to grow beard cause got a lot of patchy shit. OP is being a moron who has done zero research.
How hard do you guys push? If I lightly roll I sneeze for some reason and if I push hard it hurts like frick. I usually just go around and around for like 10 minutes until I’m bleeding all over the area I want to grow
Also, why not minix right after? Is it because the alcohol dries the frick out of the wounds you make or because they don’t want you getting results faster?
because you don't want minox to get into your bloodstream through the wounds and cause heart palpitations or one of the other sides you get when minox goes systemic
you can try but just be aware of the sides and adjust your routine to minimise them
Shave it off and rock the bald look. If you lift you can pull it off
>trying to fight nature
>says the hoe who downs hand fulls of hormones to artificially prevent pregnancy
And winning 🙂
Switch to dut.
Î personally take 1.5mg of dut daily
I also take RU
But it's probably over for you bro
Look into nizoral, micro needling, RU58841 and Dutasteride. Good luck.
I just started routinely shaving my hair and got over it.
Why the frick is aerosol min so expensive
I've been on fin for 5 months, and my hair is still falling, everytime I take a shower and run my hand thru my hair, about 15-20 hairs come off. I haven't experienced any sides effects either, is anyone in a similar situation?
>15-20 in shower
Bro that is completely normal
What's all this about hair cloning being the future of fighting mpb?
>Not microneedling
You might as well not be doing any of the other shit
its just a bunch of keratin
its not important for you
its not important for him, it's important for the hoes he wants to bang
start larping as tony soprano
I’m 24 and just started 1mg finasteride about a month ago. I take it 3x a week, so 0.42mg/day which is close to the point where the effect begins to taper off so I get most of the DHT suppression.
Have absolutely no sides and the peace of mind it’s given me is amazing. I first started to notice my hair falling out at 19 but buttholes online scared me out of using fin (just shave it bro).
My hair is still around Norwood 2 and quite thick, no one would think I was balding, but it used to be even thicker bros
tl;dr fin side effects are overstated on the internet, start this shit as soon as possible once you notice before you miss out on 5 years of hair gains like me
Why don't you halve the pills and take it every day? I wouldn't be able to remember to take it every other day
It’s just Monday, Wednesday, Friday which is easy enough to remember. If I forget I can always take an extra one at the weekend
Yeah I've been on fin for almost 10 years and my dick works fine
>permanent solution
You'd still need to take fin/dut to maintain your non-implanted hair
probably need dutasteride. Either that or it’s not balding it’s temporary hair loss
Why do you maldin manlets just get a hair transplant? Its a permanent solution and yeah its expensive but the black pill is you are going to miss out on 100x the money over your life if you dont get one, since careers are literally 80% about how you look.
You won’t need a hair transplant if you catch it early enough with fin, or at least not for quite a long time. 90% maintained or improved over 10 years with fin alone
Every white man with just a little bit of self respect should be ble so afford a hair transplant. The frick have you been doing with your life if you cant pay for a simple hair transplant.
Stress, diet, sleep, hygiene it all plays a role. And guess what baldies have had none of those traits in prevoius years before they started balding
it gives me comfort knowing baldies are living inside a hellish prison in their own minds. I'm convinced stress and mindstate massively affect the hairline
>go to IST
>flip some shitcoins
>get a hair transplant
balding is for poors
Bro's, I've been wondering. I've been on Fin for about 9 months now. The results have been minimal, for as far I can tell only my crown has gotten a little thicker.
Anyways, when I take a shower I can usually still count 20+ hairs that have fallen out. Is this normal on fin? I know it's normal for your average human, but also when using fin?
I started using fin almost 5 years ago,I think It completely stalled hairloss the first year and most of the second but after the 3rd Im definitely losing hair VERY VERY SLOWLY,like at this rate Im 25 and wont be Norwood 3 until 45 atleast, but the loss is there.
I've been on fin for half a year now. It's slowly working but my libido is slashed. I have to keep taking this troony pill because without hair I can't get a girl anyway.
Add microneedling
just get a hairline tattooed, at least you know what you will get, no paying for gay hair loss sprays or pills that wont do shit, or bad hairplugs that look fake and really gay.
Yea bro just tattoo your whole fricking scalp and must shave daily or it looks like total shit. Not to mention it looks obvious if your scalp sweats even a little and can discolour and needs redoing every few years or less. Even if you let it fade you will never truly get your original scalp colour back either.
Yes please get. Will give me one more way to filter morons from my life.
I now have a giant bald spot where i dermarolled WTF this shit literally ripped my fricking hair out
>start 1mg fin once a week
>get the shedding phase
>shit is taking longer than I expected for my 'healthy hair,' to grow up
How fricked am I if I’m NW3 and diffuse thinning?
Started fin at the beginning of the year but haven’t seen any improvement, looking to get a transplant by the end of the year.
>baldlet overcope ITT
