at what point has IST condoned an all french fry diet? if anything IST has condoned the opposite by having ppl drink a gal of milk and eat nothing but meat and butter/eggs, and thats because the board is full of fat retards that think a single macronutrient is the cause for them being fat instead of their excessive eating and lack of exercise.
at some point you only have the option to do keto cause to cut because you have so much lean body mass doing anything else is basically impossible. I suppose you could do cardio for 3 hours a day or run for an hour, but fuck is that tedious on top of weight lifting.

wrong. never do keto. linking this again because you might honestly be the same guy that tried to sabotage the other OP and now you decided to make this shit thread to try and sabotage the entire board. not today fatso
why don't you take your meds? and by that I mean the insulin that you're likely prescribed. I only suspected it's the same guy I replied to in another thread because he typed similarly. stfu gay lmao

Different guy, but do you at least want to lower your carbs and up your protein on a cut if you're already not fat? Or do you lower your fat and up your protein?
listen gents I'm not a nutritionist here but no matter if I was 6'2 and obese or 5'4 and a twig i'd still be eating something similar to a 40/30/30 macro split. but just less or more of each depending on current training. Skim the article ive linked earlier itt to the part where they give specific percentages for what your training specifically. Of course lifting, cardio, and mobility work are still a given and you should be doing all of them, but personally I emphasize weightlifting and mobility work, so I eat slightly more protein than fat, but more carbs than protein because I like having a functioning brain and body.

What kind of fucking retard associates potatoes with keto?

Shut up, gay. Keto is a deficit diet. Eating keto at a surplus only happens on this board because everyone is a retard. It's a crash diet to get to sub 10% body fat, and it's not pleasant. Anyone who got fat on keto doesn't know how to read a nutrition label.
>crash diet to get to sub 10% body fat
my moron that's why's it's fucking retarded. you can get to sub 10% body fat and also eat carbohydrates, enabling you to actually exercise properly and not pass out from being hypoglycemic because all you had for breakfast was 2tbsp of butter and 5 eggs.
The people who recommend potatoes don't mean eat french fries. They are referring to things like baked or mashed potatoes. The people that interpret that as "eat french fries" and fool themselves into thinking that's a healthy, everyday source of carbs are exactly that: fools.
if by "shilling potatoes" you mean encouraging people to eat a proper macro split that may or may not include properly cooked varieties of starchy tubers then yeah. WHY yes, we do often recommend diets like that because they actually enable athletic performance when eaten with other proper foods in the diet.
>eat potatoes and seed oils incel >NO NOT LIKE THAT!

The only thing that matters in weight loss is calories in versus calories out. Are you actually trying to argue against the laws of thermodynamics?
Thick cut fries with minimal oil isn't even particularly bad for you. McDonald's type fries contribute to obesity because they're so palatable and high calorie, being almost entirely fat by energy intake.
I think fries might be the single unhealthiest food you can actually eat. Even before I was aware of the seed oil thinking, there would be these nutrition studies showing that fries alone increased your risk of death. And they would always hand wave it with "oh you know, it's the combination of salt, fat and carbs". Well what about all the other foods that combine those three things? Why aren't they as bad as fries? And why is polyunsaturated fat suddenly a bad thing, isn't it heart healthy?
pretty sure reddit is the place where you could just downvote things you don't like despite having no logical argument to the contrary like this post pretty much is, actually

Never said it was smart, I said that it works. It's the most severe way to cut while still eating food.
IST shills potatoes all the time, and says that hating seed oils is just ketoschizo coping.

The only one shilling sneed oils is veganschizo, who is hated by the entire board for his incesant sperging

Food mass and metabolic health matter.
Home made French fries with a light drizzle of olive oil is fine
OP and the ketofag is clearly a schizoid. I won't do your fad redditor diet.

>But french fries are... because they just are okay!!
Yeah IST is retarded. I swear their are nutrition glowies on this fucking board
those are some good looking fries though fr fr no cap

It's just macros. There is no harm in moderation. CICO.
