The sugar in regular sodas is about a million times worse than the acid in sugar free drinks
Yes it’s best to only drink luke warm tap water but there are many many many many worse things you can do to your teeth before carbonated sugar free drinks even come into play
The problem I had was synthetic caffeine. Different drinks source from different places, but whatever is in Bang and C4 fricks me up. I break out in hives and my balls swell.
Reign and Celsius say they use "plant based" caffeine. No idea what that means but it seems to be okay for me. It also seems that under 200mg of synthetic Chinese shit is tolerable, so if I split a Bang over two days I'm okay.
